| Coronary heart disease is called the whole coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,and the blood vessels around the heart are abnormal and can’t normally carry blood to the heart and transmit energy.This vessel has a coronary,so it’s called the coronary artery,or coronary artery.The stenosis of the coronary arteries leads to blockage of blood vessels,resulting in myocardial ischemia.As the only blood vessel that transmits blood to the heart.The smooth operation of this blood vessel affects the circulation of the heart.The diagnosis of coronary heart disease by doctors is undoubtedly the criterion for determining whether the coronary artery is unblocked.And the observation of coronary artery on medicine can no longer be confined to simple two-dimensional images,how to set up quickly and 3 d reconstruction of coronary artery image,will become an important part of the diagnosis of coronary artery disease and key.For images of coronary arteries,medical treatment is presented through the angiography of coronary arteries.The data format and analysis of the images will also be difficult in this study.The three-dimensional reconstruction of coronary artery tree is an interdisciplinary field.This requires us to master the relevant technologies and operations in the field of computer and graphics,as well as the in-depth study of coronary heart disease.In view of the knowledge of subjects in different fields,I will proceed from the following aspects.First,we study the special file format DICOM format of medical image.Secondly,we study and understand a variety of segmentation algorithms,and the image segmentation of coronary angiography is the preliminary preparation for the three-dimensional reconstruction of coronary artery trees.Then,the method of 3d reconstruction of medical image is studied,including two main types of surface rendering and body rendering.More specifically contains 4 algorithm,respectively is: contour filtering algorithm(CF),isosurface extraction algorithm(MC),the complex mapping algorithm(CVR),and the texture mapping algorithm(TMH)hardware.Respectively from the Angle of drawing effect,speed and interactivity of the 4 algorithm on the basis of the comparison,the top two algorithm belongs to the category of surface rendering algorithm,after the two algorithm belongs to the category of the volume rendering algorithm.These algorithms are implemented by the visualization toolkit(VTK)implemented by Microsoft Visual Studio.In this paper,we will give a detailed example of the operation and implementation of these algorithms,as well as the existing problems and optimization methods.Finally,this paper introduces the algorithm and realization of the improved 3d reconstruction of coronary artery tree.Original algorithm on the similarity with the original angiogram existence very big difference,this paper improves on the similarity of error,for 800 cases of coronary angiography in patients with coronary artery tree 3 d reconstruction of the original algorithm in the process of 3 d reconstruction for the coronary artery,the algorithm on the narrow area of the vascular specific location of 3 d reconstruction,more targeted to the doctor’s diagnosis.Using a single plane imaging system,a pair of images obtained from conventional angiography were used to reconstruct the coronary artery.,the three dimensional length measurement accuracy in the average root mean square(RMS)error of 3.5% within the scope of use of the eight different coronary angiography for 105 mm long coronary artery godet and 8 through ray spacing are marked.In 20 LCA and 20 RCA cases,the accuracy of the similarity between the projected image and the actual image obtained by the computer was 3.09 mm and 3.13 mm respectively.The three-dimensional reconstruction of coronary artery trees can better understand the morphology of blood vessels,narrow areas of blood vessels and lesions,and help doctors to accurately diagnose and treat them in a more comprehensive and detailed manner.In the field of medical research,it provides a good teaching environment and teaching AIDS,so that the medical workers can understand the pathogenesis and treatment basis.However,in order to utilize the proposed technology in the clinical environment,it is necessary to further improve the reconstruction efficiency and perform the process of 3d reconstruction quickly.The main time consuming factor for performing three-dimensional coronary reconstruction in the cardiac catheterization laboratory is the need to take an image from commercial radiography equipment to a computer workstation.The computation time of 3d reconstruction and optimal view must be efficient so that the patient can apply the results immediately after the angiography or the patient is still on the stage.In practice,three-dimensional processing time can be overlapped with routine inspection time during cardiac catheterization.For example,doctors can continue to obtain the arteriogram of the right coronary artery,and reconstruct the three-dimensional reconstruction of the left coronary angiogram before processing.In this way,the wait time to complete 3d processing is minimized.In addition,with the development of computer technology,the computer hardware needs to be improved,and the software and hardware and effective combination can also constantly bring forward the reconstruction effect and reconstruction efficiency. |
