The Design And Implementation Of A Telemedicine Consultation System

In recent years,the establishment of grading diagnosis and treatment system has provided new opportunities for the promotion and development of telemedicine.Telemedicine that breaks geographical restrictions has served as a bridge between the orderly and effective sinking of quality medical resources.Telemedicine will move forward with scientific and accurate,efficient and convenient.However,The traditional frame model of patient orals illness,doctor remote diagnosis has been unable to meet the needs of further development of telemedicine.In response to the urgent problem,this paper aims to research a telemedicine consultation system based on the frame of primary doctor obtain patient’s information and remote specialist diagnosis disease.The system uses symptom template to assist primary doctors creating patient electronic medical records and reduce the burden on remote specialists.This paper research firstly elaborate the basic concepts of telemedicine,the development of telemedicine,and the advantages of PHP technology,MVC design patterns,and ThinkPHP framework in the development of this paper.Next,this paper analyzes and designs the telemedicine system in detail.The telemedicime system is divided into two modules: consultation management and system management.The consultation management includes all the business processes of the remote consultation;the system management includes the management of medical resources and user’s data.Then for the development and use of the illness template library,this paper has made a detailed description and display.Finally,this paper summarizes the advantages and features of the telemedicine system and looks ahead to the future direction of telemedicine.This paper proposes to use the illness template to create a structured electronic medical record in the process of remote consultation.This approach can enhance the professionalism and accuracy of the telemedical electronic medical records,and provide remote consultation experts with more detailed and scientific patient pathology information,which will help improve the lack of electronic patient records in current telemedicine systems.
