| Objective: To discuss 320 row 640 layer olume CT computer-aided Diagnostic Techniques(Nodule Analysis)on the Application Value of detecting of solitary pulmonary nodules.Methods: To collect and analyze the general data and images of 596 healthy physical examinations who underwent 320 row 640 layer volume CT chest examination from our hospital in December 2016-January 2017.All the images were readed and diagnosed by 2 chief physicians with more than 20 years of diagnostic imaging experience as the reference standard for true nodules.By two hoase physicians as a group(A group)and two visiting staff as a group(B group)respectively for diagnosis by CT cross-sectional and Nodule Analysis software which were recorded each healthy physical examinees of lung nodules number,nodule size,nodule density and diagnostic time window.χ2 test was performed to test whether there was significant difference between the sensitivities of two reading modes.Results: According to the reference standard there were 136 true nodules.89 pulmonary nodules were detected in group A1.A2 found 113 nodules,B1 found 103 nodules,B2 found 125 nodules.The Nodule Analysis group on the detection rate of SPN was significantly higher than that of CT transverse section group(P<0.001),but It was lower than CT transverse section group on the diagnostic time window.The accuracy rate of Nodule Analysis software used by hoase physicians was obviously higher than that of CT(P<0.001).Conclusion: In the screening and diagnosis of SPN,the 320 row 640 layer volume CT computer aided diagnosis technology-Nodule Analysis software had obvious advantages,it not only could find the smaller SPN,but also would greatly improve the efficiency of radiologists,and could improve the diagnostic accuracy of residency.Therefore,as a means of screening for early lung cancer high risk population was worth promoting. |
