Objectives To compare the levels of Perilipin,Chemerin and ADAM12 between GDM and the normal pregnancy in the early and middle pregnancy. And to analyze the relationship between their and blood glucose, blood lipids,IGF-1,IGFBP-3,body mass.To explore whether Perilipin,Chemerin and ADAM12 can be used as early markers of GDM.To provide a new direction for the early diagnosis of gestational diabetes. Methods Select pregnant women who conducted prenatal examination and were willing to delivery in the General Hospital of Kailuan from August 2016 to August 2017.According to “Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with diabetes”(2014)diagnostic criteria,54 cases diagnosed as GDM were selected as the GDM group.57 cases of the normal pregnancy with gestational age similar to the GDM group were selected as the control group. Two fasting serum samples of the pregnant women were obtained at first obstetric examination and during 24-28 weeks of pregnancy. Then the levels of Perilipin,Chemerin,ADAM12,IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were detected by ELASA.Finally, the levels of Perilipin,Chemerin and ADAM12 were compared between the GDM group and the control group. And analyzed the relationship between their and blood glucose, blood lipids,IGF-1,IGFBP-3 and BMI.SPSS19.0 software is used for statistical analysis. The data were analyzed by t test, rank sum test, chi square test and Pearson correlation analysis. Results 1 The comparison of the two groups of clinical data: There was a significant difference in the age,pre pregnancy BMI,gravidity and parity between the GDM group and the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the first prenatal examination and OGTT gestational week(P > 0.05).2 Comparison of indexes of two groups: Chemerin and Perilipin were significantly higher in the GDM group than in the control group at the first prenatal examination and 24-28 weeks of gestation(P < 0.05).ADAM12-S in the GDM group was lower than in the control group at the first prenatal examination and 24-28 weeks of gestation, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).IGF-1 in the GDM group was significantly lower than the control group at 24-28 weeks of gestation(P < 0.05).Fasting blood glucose in the group GDM was significantly higher than that in the control group atthe first prenatal examination(t = 2.755,P = 0.008).3 Correlation analysis: Chemerin had negative correlation with TG and LDL in the GDM group(r =-0.447 and r =-0.485,P < 0.05).Perilipin had negative correlation with TG and TC in the GDM group(r =-0.393 and r =-0.414,P < 0.05).ADAM12-S had positive correlation with IGF-1 at the first prenatal examination and 24-28 weeks of gestation(P < 0.05).Conclusions 1 The levels of Perilipin and Chemerin in peripheral serum of pregnant women with GDM were higher than those in the normal pregnant women. It is suggested that Perilipin and Chemerin may be involved in the occurrence of GDM and be used as an early markers for GDM.2 ADAM12-S had positive correlation with IGF-1,inferring that the monitoring of ADAM12-S in the first trimester may helpful to the prediction of GDM.
