| This paper consists of three chapters: The first chapter reviewed the research progress in natural compounds of PTP1 B inhibition activity since 2010.The second chapter discussed the chemical constituents from the leaves of Syzygium latilimbum. The third chapter discussed the chemical compositions of the petroleum ether extracts from the aerial part of Euphorbia dracunculoides. In the first chapter,we reviewed the research progress in natural compounds of PTP1 B inhibition activity since 2010.In which the structures, names and their activity mechanism with PTP1 B inhibition activity were listed. In the second chapter,we researched the components of leaves of Syzygiu m latilimbum.Syzygium latilimbum, belonging to Myrtaceae, were mainly distri buted in Thailand,Vietnam and Guangxi,Guangdong, and Yunnan Provinces in China.24 compounds were obtained from the petroleum ether part of methan ol extract of Syzygium latilimbum by means of reversed-phase silica gel colum n chromatography,Sephadex-LH20 column chromatography,MCI and high perf ormance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The structural types include resorcinol derivatives, anacardic acid derivatives, triterpenoids, etc, and all of them were isolated from this plant for the first time.In the third chapter,we studied on the petroleum ether of the aerial part of Euphorbia dracunculoides L,which were mainly grown in Southern Europe,Western Asia,Nepal,Southwest Asia and Yunnan Province in China.6 compounds, including diterpenes, triterpenes and sterols, were obtained from the petroleum ether part of 70% acetone extract of the aerial part of Euphorbia dracunculoides by using various separation techniques and spectroscopic methods.Compounds 25-28 were firstly isolated from this plant. |
