| Objective:To observe the effect of total cystectomy for different urinary diversion in patients with bladder cancer.Methods:This is a short-term study.56 patients in this study were selected from our hospital during December 2015-December2017,who received cystectomy for bladder cancer.They were divided into observation group and control group according to different ways of urinary tract.The control group took the orthotopic neobladder,and the observation group took Bricker operation to explore the clinical effectiveness of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the bleeding volume,operation time,gastrointestinal function recovery and hospitalization time index significantly better than the control group,significant difference was established(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group the incidence of complications was 25.00%,patients in the control group,the complication rate was 57.14%,with obvious difference between groups,statistical significance was established(P<0.05);before the intervention,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients had no obvious change,no statistical significance(P>0.05);intervention,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were obviously improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was set up(P<0.05).Besides,the scores of physical function,physical role,body pain,social function,emotional role,mental health and vitality of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radical cystectomy with Bricker operation for bladder cancer patients,can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,shorten recovery time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the prognosis and quality of life,is safe and effective,worthy of further promotion and adoption. |
