A Follow-up Study On The Treatment Of Cow Milk Protein Allergy By Diet Avoiding

Objective:Milk protein for infants and young children is the most common allergens,infant milk protein allergy can cause multiple organ body organ involvement,severe cases can cause malnutrition,anemia,respiratory failure,shock,and even death,early diagnosis and treatment is very important.At present,the recognized diagnostic gold standard at home and abroad is still an oral food stimulation test.The key principle of treatment is to limit the intake of milk protein in the diet.Free amino acid milk powder are the preferred treatment for so long,but the application of amino acid milk powder for infants and young children growth situation is uncertain,this paper through the follow-up of children with symptoms improved and the growth and development situation,understand the diet to avoid to treatment the advantages and disadvantages of milk protein allergy in infants.Method:Collect our hospital outpatient and ward diagnosis and highly suspected milk protein allergy in children with 71 cases as the research sample,to the free amino acid hydrolysis/depth formula milk powder for feeding,and established for each child nutrition archives,records of milk protein allergy in children with clinical symptoms,and 8 months of different growth and development during the period of follow-up,with corresponding phase normal children average height,weight is controlled in China,the application of statistical analysis software,comparing food avoidance after treatment with normal feeding,comparing the healthy infant growth and development situation of the assessment of the long-term prognosis of foods to avoid feeding.Results:This study showed that children with milk protein allergy to strict diet to avoid treatment,avoid using free amino acid during hydrolysis/depth formula feeding,according to the results of the different period of follow-up to the Fisher ’s exact probability method of comparing the difference between the incidence of each system clinical symptoms before and after the treatment,according to the digestive tract symptoms such as: bloody,hematemesis,vomiting,diarrhea,constipation and other clinical symptoms after eating to avoid,also quickly relieve respiratory symptoms.But the milk protein allergy causes skin changes,and dietary avoidance is not exactly related.Diet to avoid after treatment there is still a skin rash,eczema etc change analysis of every different foods to avoid feeding the child at the same time period,height,weight growth compared with normal children,according to the free amino acid hydrolysis/depth formula used to sequence therapy for children with milk protein allergy had no effect on growth and development.Conclusion:Free amino acid hydrolysis/depth formula for treating infant milk protein allergy curative effect is remarkable,withdrawal symptoms can alleviate immediately after milk protein,long-term application of amino acid milk powder for infant growth and development,can raise enough heat for the children to grow and develop.
