| Angelica sinensis is a widely used Chinese herbal medicine, which has the effects on the blood tonic and promoting blood circulation, and regulation of painful menstruation, and relaxing bowels. So far,the active ingredients found in Angelica sinensis are mainly polysaccharides, volatile oils, organic acids, flavonoids, and pharmacological effects of Angelica sinensis has improving blood deficiency, regulation of uterine smooth muscle, moistening the intestines and so on.However, the Angelica sinensis is traditionally used for it’s root, and the resources of Angelica sinensis was basically focused on the research of the root, but the chemical composition and pharmacological study of the stem and leaf area were rarely reported, which causes a lot of waste of resources.Simultaneously, people have mostly dry products for the study of Angelica sinensis, and there are few studies on fresh Angelica sinensis products. Therefore, this project mainly studied the different parts of Angelica sinensis, and fresh Angelica sinensis(Angelica sinensis juice)and dried product(Angelica sinensis decoction)on the aspects of chemical composition and blood-enhancing effects. The comprehensive utilization of the resources of Angelica sinensis provides scientific basis. Its contents were as follows: A The Study of HPLC Fingerprints,Polysaccharide Content and Volatile Components in Different Parts of Angelica sinensisThe HPLC chromatograms was established by HPLC,content of polysaccharides by UV and volatile component by GC-MS of different parts(roots and stems)of Angelica sinensis. The results indicated that there were obvious differences in HPLC fingerprints, polysaccharide content, and volatile components between the samples of different parts of Angelica sinensis. The relative peak area of ferulic acid, polysaccharide content, and relative content of Z-ligustilide and n-butenyl benzoquinone in Angelica sinensis roots were higher than Angelica sinensis stems and leaves.B The Study on Blood deficiency of Different Parts of Angelica SinensisThe animal model of blood deficiency was made by intragastric infusion of Phenylhydrazine. On the first day of modeling,Angelica sinensis roots and stems and leaves decoction were given by gavage.Took samples on the 13 th day,and detecting the change of the blood routine, organ index, biochemical indexes, and HE staining pathological section to discuss the effects on hemolytic blood deficiency models mice of Angelica sinensis stems, leaves, and roots. The result showed that compared with model group, all indexes of Angelica roots, stems and leaves, have statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01),In addition,Angelica sinensis stems, leaves and Angelica sinensis roots decoction reduced the point necrosis and congestion of liver and spleen cells in model group mice by HE staining, which means that the Angelica sinensis roots, stems and leaves have positive effectiveness on hemolytic blood deficiency animal model and the effectiveness of Angelica sinensis roots is more obvious.Compared with model group, the indicators of Angelica sinensis stems and leaves still have statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01),which means that Angelica sinensis stems and leaves have potential value.C The Study of HPLC Fingerprints,Polysaccharide Content and Volatile Components of juice and decoction of different parts of Angelica sinensisThe HPLC chromatograms, content of polysaccharides, volatile components of different parts juice and decoction of the Angelica sinensis different parts(Angelica sinensis stems, leaves, and roots)were established by HPLC,UV and GC-MS.The results showed that there were obvious differences in the HPLC fingerprints, polysaccharide content, and volatile components between the decoction and juice of different parts of Angelica sinensis. The relative peak area of ferulic acid, the content of polysaccharide, the relative content of Zligustilide and n-butenyl benzoquinone in Angelica sinensis stems and leaves juice were higher than decoction; The relative peak areas of polysaccharide content and ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis juice were lower than Angelica sinensis decoction. This results is aimed to provide a certain experimental basis for the development and utilization of fresh Angelica sinensis.D The Study on Blood deficiency of juice and decoction of different parts of Angelica sinensisThe animal model of blood deficiency was made by intragastric infusion of Phenylhydrazine. On the first day of modeling, the juice and decoction of different parts of Angelica sinensis were given by gavage.Took samples on the 13 th day,and detecting the change of the blood routine, organ index, biochemical indexes, and HE staining pathological section to study the effects of juice and decoction of different parts(Angelica sinensis stems and leaves, and roots)of Angelica sinensis on hemolytic blood deficiency models mice. The result showed that compared with model group, all indexes of juice and decoction of different parts of Angelica sinensis have statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01)In addition, the juice and decoction of different parts of Angelica sinensis reduced the point necrosis and congestion of liver and spleen cells in model groups mice by HE staining, which means that the juice and the decoction of different parts of Angelica sinensis have positive influence on the hemolytic blood deficiency animal model. The effects of Angelica sinensis stems, leaves, and roots juice is better than the decoction. This is aimed to provide a certain experimental basis for the development and utilization of fresh resources of Angelica sinensis. |
