Objective: Conclude the research progress of diffusion tensor imaging combined with neurophysiological monitoring in spinal cord and spinal diseases.Content: The treatment of spinal cord and spinal diseases is a direction of neurosurgery in recent years.With the development of science and technology,many new technology have been applied to clinical treatment.In recent years,diffusion tensor imaging technology in terms of the discovery and diagnosis of disease plays an important role,and intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring technology is more and more widely applied in the process of disease treatment.The joint application of both makes the success rate of the diagnosis and treatment of spinal cord and spinal disorders significantly promoted.Methods: Using of network resources to find the domestic and foreign journals and treatment guidelines in recent years,with a careful reading and translation.Conclusion: Diffusion tensor imaging combined with neurophysiological monitoring technique provides a method for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spinal cord and spinal diseases.Which is of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients.
