Objective:To explore diagnostic accuracy of CTA-derived fractional flow reserve for coronary artery disease.Method:We conducted the primary computerized by searching Medline,Cochrane,EMBASE and PubMed(from January 2011 to December 2016).Quality assessment and heterogeneity testing were performed on documents that meet the requirements.Summary receiver operating curves(SROC)and area under the curve(AUC)were simultaneously produced at the patient level and blood vessel level by summarizing sensitivity and specificity to evaluate the diagnostic performance of FFRCT.Result:A total of 999 patients(1611 blood vessels or lesions)were included. At the patient level, the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic odds ratio(DOR)of coronary artery stenosis were 0.88(95%confidence interval(CI)0.82-0.92)and 0.74(95%CI,0.64-0.83),21(95%CI,11-39).The diagnostic performance of blood vessels or lesion levels was as follows:sensitivity 0.84(95%CI,0.80-0.87),specificity 0.76(95%CI,0.68-0.82),and DOR of 16(95%CI,10-28).Area under the curve(AUC)at the patient and vascular or lesion levels were 0.90(95%CI,0.87-0.92)and 0.86(95%CI,0.83-0.89),respectively.Conclusions:As a new type of noninvasive examination,FFRCTT has a good diagnostic value for the ischemic stenosis of coronary artery stenosis.
