| At present,the porous surface of bone implant often uses two kinds of porous metal materials: porous titanium and porous tantalum,in which porous titanium is usually processed by spraying beads and powder,while porous tantalum is processed by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)or powder metallurgy process(PM).However,due to the different processing technology of porous titanium and porous tantalum,it is difficult to guarantee with the same structure parameters of two kinds of micro porous materials(porosity,pore diameter,wire diameter,hole,space arrangement)can not be in the same configuration,microporous conditions of porous titanium and porous tantalum two materials and bone ingrowth integrated performance comparison.In recent years,with the 3D printing technology is increasingly mature,can be micro porous titanium and porous tantalum configuration on the precise control of the reach,based on configuration design based on the same preparation of porous materials,to achieve basically the same in the micropore structure parameters under the condition of the two were compared.The research content is divided into the following three aspects:Section OneThe design and production of porous tantalum and porous titanium and Performance detection of themWe adopts computer aided design(CAD)modeling design of diameter 4.8mm,length 8mm,diameter 400μm,porosity 70% cylinder,through 3D printing technology to produce porous tantalum and porous titanium,using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to observe the surface morphology of the two kinds of materials,to find the difference between them.The results show that both of the two have a three-dimensional connected porous structure,and the pores are also interconnected,and more porous tantalum is more smooth on the porous titanium surface.Through the test the mechanical properties of the two materials,the statistics of compressive strength and elastic modulus of two,results show that the compressive strength of porous titanium is higher than that of porous tantalum,two were less than the elastic modulus of cortical bone,compared with porous titanium,the elastic modulus of porous tantalum is closer to the cancellous bone.Section TwoIn vitro cell experiment of porous materialsWe adopts the material and human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs)cultured in vitro experiments,by scanning electron microscopy,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity,semi-quantitative analysis of alizarin red staining,detection of two kinds of materials of porous titanium and porous tantalum biocompatibility and osteogenic properties two of them were confirmed,has good biocompatibility and bone ingrowth ability.Section ThreeIn vivo implantation of porous materialsIn this experiment,porous titanium and porous tantalum in rabbit femoral lateral malleolus defect,through bone integration between hard tissue slices of methylene blue and acid fuchsin staining and Calaline-tetracycline-Alizarin red fluorescent labeling,introduced the experimental study on material and bone tissue and bone bonding strength.The results showed that the two groups of material differences is not obvious.The above results indicate that porous titanium and porous tantalum exhibit excellent biocompatibility and bone ingrowth and osseointegration ability,And the two groups of materials have considerable biomechanical properties. |
