Massage technique is skill to treat diseases for human without side effects,it is the basic skill that the surgeon must master,but too much force can cause medical malpractice,not enough force is not effective.Therefore,the study of massage technique is one of the difficulties in clinical medicine teaching.At present,it is widely used to simulate teaching by using massage technique parameter measurement instrument,it can quantitatively and objectively analyze the mechanical properties information of massage technique,but the human simulation level of its measuring force platform is low and the students can’t obtain high-quality experiential teaching effect.To solve this problem,this paper designs a kind of glove massage information collection device and a kind of pneumatic human organ simulation device to assist medical students to carry out simulation teaching.The specific work is as follows:1.Design of the glove massage information collection device.Through the analysis of the function requirements of the glove massage information collection device,and according to the theory of massage technique and relevant research results,the overall scheme of the glove massage information collection device is designed,the composition principle,component selection and soft/hardware system of the device are studied.2.Design of the pneumatic human organ simulation device.Through the analysis of the function requirements of the pneumatic organ simulation device,and according to the biomechanical characteristics of human organ and the tactile sensation that healer feel when the healer used his massage technique,the overall scheme of the pneumatic organ simulation device is designed,the composition principle,component selection and soft/hardware system of the device are studied.3.Design of thoracic/abdominal cavity simulator and soft tissue simulator.A mathematical model of thoracic/abdomen simulator and soft tissue simulator is established,the influence of the design parameters of the thoracic/abdominal cavity simulator and soft tissue simulator on the mechanical properties is analyzed by MATLAB simulation.According to the results,the thoracic/abdominal cavity simulator and soft tissue simulator is designed and made.4.The experimental study of glove massage information collection device and pneumatic human organ simulation device.The experimental platform of glove massage information collection device is set up,which verifies the feasibility of the information collection scheme,the rationality of the structure design and the working characteristics of the device.By studying the mechanical properties of pneumatic human organ,this paper verified the feasibility of using the device to replace the real patient to assist medical students in the simulation teaching.5.The experimental study of massage technique simulation teaching.By comparing the massage technique simulation teaching experiment results and the human body massage experimental results,this paper verified the feasibility and rationality of combining the glove massage information collection device with the pneumatic human organ simulation device and assisted medical students to carry out the simulation teaching.The experimental results show that: the information collection scheme of glove massage information collection device is feasible and its structure is simple and reasonable.And the pneumatic human organ simulation device can effectively simulate the human’s organs,In this paper,it is feasible and reasonable to combine the glove massage information collection device with the pneumatic human organ simulation device and assist medical students to carry out the simulation teaching,it can provide theoretical guidance for the development of multi-function information collection device and the new type of device which is suitable for the simulation teaching of massage technique.
