Public hospitals account for a large proportion of our country’s medical institutions.Public hospital staff and workers are the main force in the medical and health market of our country,and have played an important role in implementing the strategy of healthy China and meeting the needs of the people for medical treatment.The satisfaction of public hospital staff directly affects the quality and efficiency of medical service.With the expansion of the scale of public hospitals,the free practice of doctors,the rapid rise of public hospitals and Internet hospitals,the competition for talents in public hospitals is becoming more and more fierce,and the stability of talent ranks is closely related to the satisfaction of staff.Objective and comprehensive evaluation index of employee satisfaction is the premise of obtaining employee satisfaction.This study The purpose of this paper is to construct a scientific and practical evaluation index system of employee satisfaction in public hospitals,which can analyze the present situation and existing problems of employee satisfaction in public hospitals.The main research steps are as follows: first,through literature review method and expert interview method to determine the dimensions of public hospital staff satisfaction evaluation index system.Second,using Delphi method to carry out two rounds of consultation to consulting experts,revising and perfecting the evaluation index of employee satisfaction in public hospitals.Thirdly,the AHP method is used to calculate the index weight and combination weight of employee satisfaction evaluation in public hospitals step by step,and complete the construction of index system.The results of this study are as follows: a preliminary evaluation index system model of employee satisfaction in public hospitals is constructed,which includes 4 first-class indicators,13 second-level indicators,33 third-level indicators,and two rounds of expert consultation.The recovery rate of the expert consultation questionnaire is 95% and 100% respectively,which indicates that the experts are highly motivated to participate in the study;the overall coordination coefficient of the experts in the two rounds of consultation is 0.65、0.79,respectively,which indicates that the experts’ opinions are more consistent;combined with the expert opinions,The evaluation index system of employee satisfaction in public hospitals is established.The number of indicators is 4 in the first class,14 in the second class and 36 in the third,and the first class includes salary.Pay benefits,working environment,work itself and internal management,the weight of the weight is 0.28、0.09、 0.20、0.43.Conclusion: the evaluation index system of employee satisfaction in public hospitals is scientific and practical,and it has certain guiding significance for public hospitals,especially third-level public hospitals to carry out employee satisfaction survey.The Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)provides important support for the calculation of index weight,internal management and salary and welfare are the key aspects that affect the satisfaction of staff and workers in public hospitals,and need to be attached great importance to by public hospital administrators.The evaluation index system provides an important reference for the reform of human resource management in public hospitals.
