Objective: To observe the clinical curative effects of warm-needle acupuncture and electroacupuncture on patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis, and then compare and analyze which treatment method is more conducive to patient rehabilitation, and thus provide an objective basis for clinical promotion and application.Method: From December 2016 to August 2017,90 patients with vertebroarterial cervical spondylosis were definitively diagnosed and treated in our hospital. The enrolled patients were randomly divided into the routine group, warm acupuncture moxibustion group and electroacupuncture group three groups, each group of 30 cases;routine group of conventional western medicine, warm acupuncture moxibustion group on the basis of routine treatment of warm acupuncture moxibustion treatment,electro-acupuncture Patients in the group were treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy, hemodynamic changes, cervical vertigo symptoms, and functional assessment scale scores and patient satisfaction were compared among the three groups of patients.Result:(1)The effective rate of the conventional group was 66.7%,the effective rate of the electroacupuncture group was 83.3%,and the effective rate of the warm acupuncture group was 93.3%.The effective rate of electroacupuncture group and warm acupuncture moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of conventional group P<0.05;the effective rate of warm acupuncture moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of electroacupuncture group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(2)Before treatment, the mean blood flow velocity of the left vertebral artery, the average blood flow velocity of the right vertebral artery, and the mean blood flow velocity of the basilar artery in the three groups were all statistically significant. The difference was not statistically significant. The statistical analysis of the above indicators in the three groups of patients showed that the results were all statistically significant, and the differences were statistically significant. The average blood flow velocity of the left vertebral artery(37.02±4.53cm/s,41.26±4.27cm/s)in the electroacupuncture group and the warm acupuncture group, the average blood flow velocity of the right vertebral artery(39.92±6.51 cm/s,43.26±6.39 cm/s),and the mean blood flow velocity of the basilar artery(48.02±8.2 cm/s 7,52.25±9.10 cm/s)were significantly higher than the conventional group(34.73±4.18 cm/s,35.27±5.88,44.57±7.39).(3)Warm acupuncture moxibustion group was significantly higher than the EA group,P <0.05.(4)Cervical Vertigo Symptoms and Functional Assessment Scale(ESCV)score results showed that the electroacupuncture group compared with the conventional group,t = 7.683,P <0.05,warm acupuncture moxibustion group compared with the conventional group,t = 7.365,P < 0.05,warm acupuncture moxibustion group compared with the electroacupuncture group,t = 5.327,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The ESCV scores of the electro-acupuncture group and warm-acupuncture moxibustion group were significantly higher than that of the conventional group,P<0.05;the warm-acupuncture moxibustion group was significantly higher than the electro-acupuncture group P<0.05.The satisfaction degree of warm acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of conventional group and electroacupuncture group. Conclusion: Both electro-acupuncture and warm-needle moxibustion can significantly increase the clinical efficiency, and warm needle acupuncture is more effective than electro-acupuncture.
