The Clinical Study Of "tranquilizing By Nourishing The Heart" Soup In The Treatment Of Cardiac Syndrome X(type Of HeartQi Deficiency )

Objective By observing the clinical effect of "tranquilizing by nourishing the heart" decoction for treating cardiac syndrome X,It is stated that the treatment of myocardial ischemia can be improved by improving the anxiety of cardiac syndrome X.Methods Choose our hospital cardiovascular division and Outpatient servicebetween November 2015 to January 2018 meet the medical criteria for 60 patients with cardiac syndrome X,randomly divided into two groups,control group given tartrate metoprolol tablets(betaloc)12.5 mg bid trimetazidine hydrochloride(20 mg tid great force)oral treatment,treatment group on the basis of add flavored zizyphus jujube kernel soup.Before and 28 days after treatment,observing two groups of patients with Seattle angina questionnaire score changes,symptoms of TCM symptom score,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram ST-T change situation,Hamilton anxiety rating scale change and curative effect.At the same time,adverse reactions(including adverse reactions including circulatory system,digestive system and nervous system)were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the Seattle angina questionnaire score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;Compared with the control group,the TCM symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved.;Compared with the control group,the effect of ecg in the treatment group(i.e.,24-hour st-t change)was significantly better than that of the control group;Before and after treatment,the Hamilton anxiety scale was lower than the previous score,and the anxiety in the treatment group was significantly improved.The improvement of anxiety in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was no obvious abnormality in the general physical examination and laboratory examination before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that the experimental group had good safety.Conclusion "tranquilizing by nourishing the heart" decoction can improve the degree of angina in patients with CSX(type of heart qideficiency)to a certain extent.It was better than the control group in improving chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath and lazy speech.The patients in the experimental group were significantly superior to the control group in terms of the changes of the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram st-t segment.The anxiety mood of patients with improved CSX was significantly better than that of the control group.The soup has good safety.
