The Present Situation And Strategy Of Financial Management In Private Hospitals Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

Since 2009,the new round of national health reform in full swing,especially for nearly two years,the new health care reform policy introduced,the experts and scholars from all walks of life are from various angles and prospects of the effects of health care reform made different explanations,there are promising,and down.In any case,this reform is an opportunity and a challenge,based on the perspective of private hospital practitioners.2017 is a crucial year for health care reform.It is an important year for the full implementation of the national health and health conference spirit and the plan for the 13 th five-year plan.The reform of the pilot public hospitals in various regions has been completed,and the social practice is in full swing.The continuous deepening of the new medical reform makes the private hospitals face a new competitive environment.The public hospitals are always deeply rooted in the hearts and minds of the public.The constant participation of social capital keeps new competitors emerging,and the uneven quality of medical services has caused the reputation of private hospitals to be criticized.In order to seize the opportunity in the new environment and maintain the current competitive position,or even closer,we should start from the improvement of our own management.Financial management,as one of the basic guarantee for the operation of hospitals,is a top priority.Through the research of this paper,the expected goals are as follows: firstly,the new development environment faced by private hospitals is analyzed under the background of new medical reform,and the opportunities and challenges faced by private hospitals are studied.Secondly,comparing the development status of public hospitals and private hospitals in the context of the new medical reform,it is pointed out that the current financial management status of private hospitals has not adapted to the requirements of the new environment;Finally,in NXG hospital,for example,analyzing the financial management of the private hospitals and countermeasures to improve it.This paper analyzes the development environment and development status of private hospitals through relevant theoretical research and data comparison,and points out that in the context of new medical reform,private hospitals urgently need to find the financial management mode to adapt to their own development and external environment,and ensure their stable and healthy development from the internal management of hospitals.Taking NXG hospital as an example,the case study was carried out to point out the existing problems in financial management and the corresponding reasons,and proposed some improvement from two aspects.On the one hand,in the face of the new external environment,the financial staff of NXG hospital should change their role positioning as soon as possible,and change from accounting and reporting to modern financial management personnel involved in controlling the economic activities and management decisions of the whole hospital.On the other hand,a comprehensive financial management system based on budget management should be established.
