| Objective: The clinical effect of Supplemented spleen-returning decoction on the treatment of insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency was analyzed retrospectively,compared with the conventional western medicine,and the advantage of treating insomnia with Supplemented spleen-returning decoction on syndrome differentiation was judged.Methods: Selection of Zunyi Medical College Affiliated Hospital between December 2010 and December 2010,our regions during clinic syndrome differentiation for glove two deficiency type insomnia patients,309 cases were retrospectively study,using the right zopiclone group 148 cases and right zopiclone tablets + flavored spleen-returning decoction group 161 cases,treatment of 4 weeks.Observation records of 309 cases of insomnia patients before and after treatment of insomnia,flustered,stay,o god,fatigue weakness,such as,the change of the main symptoms and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)change,calculate and compare the treatment the total effective rate of 309 patients with insomnia,finally,the clinical curative effect,symptom integral,PSQI and so on carries on the statistical analysis to objective evaluation of curative effect.Results: 1.309 this type of insomnia patients of TCM symptom integral and total score was decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),right zopiclone group and right zopiclone tablets + flavored spleen decoction group except the heart palpitations,cold silent,bosom frowsty,and cold limbs of the four TCM symptoms,residual symptoms integral were obviously improved than before,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Pitzburg sleep quality index score analysis: in 309 cases of this type of insomnia,the score and total score were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in terms of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,impaired daytime function and sleep efficiency.3.The clinical effect of the treatment of insomnia,use right zopiclone group effective rate was 80%,and flavored soup of spleen-invigorating joint right zopiclone group effective rate was 94%,and by the chi-square test,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant curative effect.Conclusion: Right zopiclone tablets combined flavored spleen-invigorating soup treating insomnia in patients with lower PSQI scores and improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the use right zopiclone tablets group better show that it has certain clinical application value. |
