Objective : To investigate the influence of general clinical data and CYP2C19 gene polymorphism on platelet aggregiating function. Methods : Collect the relevant information of patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by the examination od coronary angiography or coronary CTA from Shengjing Hospital Cardiology ward from January 1,2015 to August 31,2017Retrospectively(the patients mentioned above mainly still present as high platelet activity),and treated by both aspirin and clopidogrel.Patients were divided into clopidogrel resistance group and clopidogrel non-resistance group according to ADP-mediated platelet aggregation rate. Results:Of the 108 patients tested for ADP-mediated platelet aggregation and CYP2C19 genotypes,61 were clopidogrel-resistant and 47 are non clopidogrel-resistant.CYP2C19 gene polymophrisms were statistically significant after logistic regression(OR = 2.222,95% CI: 1.243-3.970,P = 0.007 <0.05).CYP2C19 genotype is one of the risk factors for clopidogrel resistance, the remaining clinical data was not statistically significant. Conclusions : Platelet aggregation function is associated with CYP2C19 gene polymorphism,CYP2C19 gene polymorphism is one of the a risk factors of clopidogrel resistance.
