Analysis On Effect Of Solifenacin Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate Intravesical Instillation In Treating Female Patients With Severe Overactive Bladder

Objective : To investigate the effectiveness and security of solifenacin combined with sodium hyaluronate intravesical instillation in the treatment of severe female OAB patients,who only took solifenacin but each symptom score of OABSS stay at the baseline level.Methods: Select a total of 30 female patients diagnosed in our hospital with severe OAB from Jan.2015 to Nov.2016,who have taken solifenacin reaching the maximum dose,but each symptom score of OABSS had no change.Continue to take medicine with the maximum dose,at the same time,sodium hyaluronate bladder perfusion once a week.We collected data through the questionnaire and voiding diary recorded by patients themselves.After the combined treatment for 2 weeks and a month,we assess respectively.Self-paired sample T test is used.Statistical analysis were done using SPSS17.0 for windows(P<0.05 statistically significant).Results: 80% of the patients’ OABSS total score improved after the combination therapy for 2 weeks.90% of the patients’ OABSS total score improved after the combination therapy for 1 month.The total score did not increase after the treatment for 2 weeks and 1 month.20% of the patients’ OABSS total score did not change after the combination therapy for 2 weeks.10% of the patients’ OABSS total score did not change after the combination therapy for 1 month.A total of 80% of the patients after2-weeks’ treatment became moderate patients.90% of the patients after1-month’treatment became moderate patients.No one became mild after the treatment.The prior treatment’s total points,urination number of daytime,urination number of nighttime,number of urgency,number of urge incontinence respectively are12.33±0.48,1.87±0.35,2.77±0.43,3.83±0.53,3.87±0.82.After 2 weeks of treatment’s total points,urination number of daytime,urination number of nighttime,number of urgency,number of urge incontinence respectively are 9.67±1.86,1.47±0.51,1.97±0.61,2.70±0.75,3.53±0.97.After 1 month of treatment’s total points,urination number of daytime,urination number of nighttime,number of urgency,number of urge incontinence respectively are9.30±1.68,1.50±0.51,2.10±0.55,2.40±0.72,3.30±0.95.All of the symptom scores were lower after the treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The new adverse reactions,such as thirst and constipation,did not occur.Conclusion:The combined therapy in the treatment of severe female OAB patients,who only took solifenacin but each symptom score of OABSS stay at the baseline level,is safe and effective.It is an optional treatment scheme.
