| Objective:To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of different kinds of muscle relaxation in laparoscopic colorectal surgery under the combimed intravenous and inhalation anesthesia.Methods: Forty patients with laparoscopic colorectal tumor surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the deep muscle relaxant group(group D)and the conventional muscle relaxant group(group M),with 20 cases in each group.Both static inhalation anesthesia anesthesia.Cis atracurium to maintain muscle relaxants,muscle relaxants in the regulation under the guidance of muscle relaxants,so that D group PTC ≤ 2,M group TOF count was 1-2.Record: when the pneumoperitoneum was established,the ureter was separated,the mesenteric artery was ligated freely,and the quality of the surgical field of both groups was closed when the pneumoperitoneum was closed;the total amount of dosing and the number of times of dosing were recovered;T125% of TOF was recovered to 75% of the time And extubation time from the end of operation to 24 hours after extubation.The prognosis of the patients was followed up(exhaust time,the incidence of shoulder pain within 3 days after operation,postoperative to discharge time)Results:The proportions of men and women in each group,age,body mass index,operation time and extubation time were not statistically significant(P>0.05).All patients underwent surgery without laparotomy.The operative field score in group D was higher than that in group M(P<0.05),the time of intubation in group D was shorter than that in group M,and the condition of intubation was superior to group M(P <0.05).The average dosage of body weight per unit time in D group was greater than that in M group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative shoulder pain in group D was lower than that in group M(P <0.05).Conclusion: Static absorption combined anesthesia anesthesia,muscle relaxants more able to maintain a stable muscle relaxation state,improve surgical field quality,reduce postoperative shoulder pain. |
