Objective:Objective: to analyse children fight N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(anti N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor,NMDAR)encephalitis clinical manifestation, head of the nuclear magnetic resonance image(MRI),cerebrospinal fluid characteristics, treatment and prognosis, and to improve the recognition of the disease. Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital in October 2015 to December2017 were 32 cases of clinical diagnosis of NMDA receptor encephalitis children with clinical data. Results: 12 cases in children with 32 cases, male, female 20 cases,aged3 to 14 years old. There are 20 cases of prodromal symptoms such as fever, headache, with epilepsy onset in 18 cases,12 cases with mental behavior as the starting symptoms have.32 cases of cerebrospinal fluid resistance NMDAR antibody are positive;24 patients blood NMDAR antibody positive,8 cases were negative. All 23 cases of eeg in 32 cases of present widely diffuse slow waves change,4 cases of local paroxysmal slow wave,1 case of visible specificity delta brush,4 cases of normal electroencephalogram(eeg)in children.Cranial mri in children with 32 cases,20 cases of normal and abnormal 12 cases.32 cases were given intravenous immunoglobulin(intravenous immunoglobulin,IVIG)and methyl prednisolone shock therapy.Outpatient service were followed up for 1~3 month,24 cases of clinical cure,6 cases of secondary epilepsy. Conclusion:Mental behavior, seizures, cognitive impairment,extrapy-ramidal symptoms are common clinical symptoms of resistance to NMDA receptor encephalitis in children. But there is also a precursor symptoms such as fever, headache or palpitate, urinary incontinence, etc of the onset of the symptoms, autonomic nerve dysfunction for clinical doctors pay attention to in order to avoid misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis, delayed treatment result in poor prognosis, early diagnosis, early treatment, improve the prognosis of patients improve the quality of survival.
