| Objective:To observe the level of ox-LDL in patients with coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease combined type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to observe the effects of glycosylated hemoglobin on the serum ox-LDL.Methods:A total of 128 coronary heart disease inpatients of stable angina pectoris(coronary angiography showed at least one coronary artery lumen diameter narrowed by more than 50%)were selected. The patients were categorized into simple coronary heart disease(CHD)in 60 patients and coronary heart disease(CHD)combined type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in 68 patients. The levels of blood lipids, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, and serum ox-LDL levels were compared between the two groups. The patients with CHD combined T2 DM were categorized into four groups according to HbA1 c levels: Hb A1 c < 6% group(6 cases),Hb A1 c < 7% group(12 cases),HbA1 c < 9% group(30 cases)and HbA1 c ≥ 9% group(20 cases). The differences of serum ox-LDL between different levels of HbA1 c were compared.Results:1.The levels of TG,FBG,HbA1 c,and ox-LDL in patients with CHD combined T2 DM were(2.54±0.92)mmol/L,(9.16±1.14)mmol/L,(8.47±1.05)%,(38.36±8.65)mg/L,significantly higher than the patients in the CHD group which were(1.85±0.79)mmol/L,(5.84±0.95)mmol/L,(6.54±0.59)%,(27.36±8.26)mg/L,showing significant difference in statistics(P <0.05).2.The level of ox-LDL was(30.36±8.21)mg/L in patients with HbA1 c < 6%,(34.35±8.64)mg/L in patients with Hb A1 c < 7%,(40.69±7.79)mg/L in patients with Hb A1 c < 9%,and(47.36±8.36)mg/L in patients with HbA1 c ≥ 9%,showing significant difference between four groups in statistics(P < 0.05),which suggested that the level of ox-LDL increased with the increase of HbA1 c level.3.Spearman correlation analysis found that there was a positive correlation between serum ox-LDL and HbA1 c in patients with CHD and T2DM(r=0.126,P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with that of the simple CHD group, serum ox-LDL levels of the coronary heart disease combined type 2 diabetes mellitus patients significantly increase.2.There is positive correlation between serum ox-LDL and glycated hemoglobin in coronary heart disease combined type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. With the increase of glycosylated hemoglobin level, serum ox-LDL levels gradually increase. |
