| Objective:To evaluate the safety and feasibility of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)for laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD)patients.Methods:The clinical date of 59 patients who underwent LPD from March 2016 to February 2018 in Hepatobiliary surgery of First affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university were analyzed retrospectively.The patients wre divided into ERAS groups(19 patients)and non-ERAS groups(37 patients)in light of therapeutic strategies.The intraoperative and postoperative data were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time and operative blood loss between two groups(P > 0.05).Compared with non-ERAS groups,the ERAS groups had significantly shorter time to flatus,food intake,shorter time to gastric tube removalăurinary catheter removal and abdominal drainage tube removal,shorter time for out of bed activity.,shorter shorter duration of postoperativehospital stay and less expenses(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in special complication and readmission within 30 days between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The application of ERAS principle in the perioperative management of LPD is safe and effective,it can accelerate the recovery of patients and shorten the length of stay. |
