| Objective:To explore the effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill with Huangqi jianzhong decoction on collateral circulation in patients of Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome in acute cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients of acute cerebral infarction,who were in department of neurology,jiangmen wuyi hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were selected during December 2016 to January 2018.And the subjects were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group: 30 cases each group.Based on the stsndardized treatment,but in addition the Chinese medicine group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill with Huangqi jianzhong decoction and the Western medicine group were treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.Treatment were 2 weeks.To observe the improvement of collateral circulation and ischemic penrmbra,MRA and ASL were performed before and after the treatment for 7d.TCD tests were performed before and after the treatment for 14 d.And NIHSS was calculated before and after the treatment for14 d and 30 d,mRS was calculated after 30 d.Results:(1)14d and 30 d after treatment,the NIHSS scores of two groups were significantly decreased,as compared with that before treatment(p<0.05).14 d and 30 d after treatment,there is no significant difference between the two groups in NIHSS andâ–łNIHSS.30 d after treatment,the mRS scores difference of the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group show no statistically significant difference(p>0.05).(2)In contrast to the Western medicine group which total effective rate is 86.7%,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 83.3%.And there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.(3)7d after treatment,the volume of ischemic penumbra of two groups were significantly diminished,as compared with that before treatment(p < 0.05).In contrast to the Chinese medicine group,the volume of ischemic penumbra of the Western medicine group is significantly smaller(p<0.05).(4)In contrast to the Western medicine group which collateral circulation improvement rate is70 %,the collateral circulation improvement rate of the Chinese medicine group was56.7%.And there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclution:(1)Guizhi Fuling Pill with Huangqi jianzhong decoction could improve the impairment and disability of nerve function in patients with acute cerebralinfarction.(2)Guizhi Fuling Pill with Huangqi jianzhong decoction could promote the establishment of collateral criculation and save ischemic penumbra. |
