Based On Data Mining To Analyze The Clinical Efficacy For The Treatment Of 3-5 Stages Of Chronic Renal Disease By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: The application of data mining technology,analysis the clinical experience of the mentor professor Li Mingquan treatment of stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease,explore the disease syndrome distribution law and the law of prescription drugs,preliminary evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic kidney disease 3-5 to provide clinical guidance.Methods: The research and application of data mining technology on chronic kidney disease professor Li Mingquan nearly 4 years of accumulated 3-5 outpatient electronic medical records were collected,a total of 1004 patients with 7226 cases,the establishment of the Excel database,using frequency analysis,cluster analysis,non parametric analysis and other statistical methods to investigate 3-5 chronic kidney disease the syndrome distribution law,drug law,preliminary evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of its effectiveness and safety.Result:1.Of the included 1004 cases before treatment,the symptoms and signs of tongue and pulse,syndrome distribution were analyzed,the results are as follows: the frequency appears in the top 10 symptoms of low back pain,dry mouth,fatigue,poor sleep,nocturnal enuresis,edema,dizziness,waist backache,swelling,chills;tongue before 5 the dark red tongue,red tongue,pale tongue,pale red tongue,dark purple tongue;the top 5 of the tongue is thin and yellow moss,moss yellow greasy,micro yellow and greasy fur,thin white fur,white and greasy fur;the top 5 pulse is fine pulse,slippery pulse,thready pulse,slippery pulse number,pulse string;the 5 type is kidney deficiency,damp heat and blood stasis and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis,kidney qi deficiency,kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis of damp heat wind damp heat,kidney qi deficiency syndrome is damp turbidity toxin,the kidney qi deficiency,yin deficiency of liver and kidney yin deficiency,spleen qi deficiency,spleen kidney yang deficiency,blood stasis,is an empirical subject damp heat,toxin,rheumatic fever It showed that the syndrome type of the 3-5 stage of chronic kidney disease in this study was conformed to the symptoms and signs and the characteristics of the tongue.Analysis of 1004 cases,2.in 7226 visits prescription of traditional Chinese medicine before the results are as follows: 20 is Astragalus,rhubarb,Scutellaria,Kanekin,leech,fried malt,angelica,Rosa,Gorgon fruit,Schisandra,wind,cicada,dandelion,coix seed,scorpion,rhizome,dogwood,Cibot,Achyranthes,Bombyx Batryticatus;drug class 5 is the tonic,antipyretic,astringent drug,blood stasis and dampness digestion medicine;3 of the drug(four,five flavor and meridian)are flat,Camsing bitter cold temperature and spleen stomach;according to the results of cluster analysis,the 14 a commonly used medicines(Radix Astragali with Angelica etc.)and 11 3 drug combination(Kanekin,moneywort,l.japonicum etc.);that is the actual medication according to tutor syndromes,patients with closely to their own characteristics and clinical experience of self.3.Of the 2 follow-up and more than 645 patients underwent curative effect analysis,the results are as follows: 3-5 patients with symptoms and signs 3-5 patients with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease after treatment than before treatment were significantly improved,the total effective rate was 73.33%,among patients with stage 3 chronic kidney disease the total effective rate was 79.49%,stage 4 chronic kidney disease the total efficiency was 73.71%,patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease patients with the total effective rate was69.62%,indicating that the treatment of chronic kidney disease of traditional Chinese medicine 3-4 signs and symptoms improved significantly at the same time,along with the progress of the disease symptom remission rate decreased.The total glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and serum creatinine(P<0.05)in the 3-5 stage of chronic renal disease(CKD)were 61.4%,indicating a significant difference.The 3 stages of glomerular filtration rate and serum creatinine(P<0.05)in chronic renal disease(CKD)were 74.25%,indicating significant difference.The rate of 4 stage glomerular filtration rate and serum creatinine(P>0.05)was 52.38% in chronic renal disease(CKD),indicating no statistical difference.The rate of 5 stage glomerular filtrationrate and serum creatinine(P>0.05)was 35.10% in chronic renal disease(CKD),indicating no statistical difference.It can be seen that Chinese medicine has significant effect on the improvement of renal function in the 3 stage of chronic kidney disease,and the 4 stage patients can stabilize renal function,delay the progression of disease,and stabilize renal function in 5 patients.Conclusion: Kidney deficiency,damp heat and blood stasis is stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease the most common syndrome,deficiency,damp heat,blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of this disease,the disease mainly involving the liver spleen and kidney three dirty;Chinese medicine treatment to tonic,astringent and Qingre Huoxue Huayu drugs,the syndrome and kidney deficiency,blood stasis the majority of the distribution of heat,there was a significant positive correlation;at the same time in the drug class appeared in the analysis and treatment is not consistent with the case,fully embodies the tutor in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in a unique experience.The clinical effects of symptoms and signs,glomerular filtration rate and serum creatinine in the first and last visits were analyzed.It shows that Professor Li Mingquan has exact curative effect in the 3-5 stage of chronic kidney disease.
