Retrospective Analysis Of Lianpu Yin Combined With Entecavir In The Treatment Of Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: Through retrospective investigation of the diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B,the patient’s case data were collated and analyzed to study the clinical efficacy of Lianpu Yin combined with entecavir in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of chronic hepatitis B patients and to evaluate them.Methods: A retrospective study of 60 cases of outpatients meeting the diagnostic criteria for Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,for the past 2 years(2015-2017)was conducted.60 patients were divided into treatment and control groups.In each of the 30 patients,the treatment group received Lianpu Yin and Western medicine,while the control group only used western medicine conventional treatment.The total efficacy,clinical symptoms,liver function,and HBV-DNA were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:(1)Clinical curative effect: Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.(2)TCM syndrome scores: There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups of the syndrome decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Efficacy index: The liver function of ALT,AST,and TBIL were significantly improved in the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the ALT and AST of the two groups were compared.The treatment group was superior to the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TBIL between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HBV-DNA quantitative indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Lianpu Yin combined with Western medicine for the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of chronic hepatitis B,can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,better than simple western medicine treatment.2.Lianpu Yin combined with Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the patient’s liver function ALT and AST indicators.And furthermore,it has more advantage than Western medicine alone.
