| Abstract:Objective to investigate the effects of differentiation of disease and syndrome with Qi Ming granule on glycosylated hemoglobin,visual acuity and TCM symptoms of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients.Methods::According to the method of random and contrast trials,We enrolled 40 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy met the inclusion criteria.Disease and syndrome differentiation group was treated with basic treatment + Qi Ming granule + disease combined with partial / concurrent syndrome,and Qi Ming granule group was treated with basic treatment + Qi Ming granule.Three months,s treat is one courses,and we observed one course.We mainly observed the Validity indexs such as glycosylated hemoglobin,visual acuity and TCM syndrome and observed the safety indexes of hepatorenal function.Result:1 In the differentiation group,the glycosylated hemoglobin decreased significantly before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the control group group decreased slightly,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Differentiation of disease differentiation group,glycosylated hemoglobin for 7.5-9.0mmol/L,hypoglycemic effect is good.The Qi granule group has the tendency to decrease the blood sugar of the glycosylated hemoglobin was less than 9.5mmol/L.2.The visual acuity of the two groups increased with the increase of the treatment cycle.The difference of vision and treatment before and after treatment in March was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control group and the treated group after March(P>0.05).Disease group after treatment in March more than 0 vision upgrade ETDRS characters accounted for 90% of the total,the fixed prescription group accounted for 79.1%.3.Different DR grades showed different visual acuity after treatment in March.The visual acuity of DR2 and DR3 in the differentiation group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity of the control group was not obvious,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of visual acuity was 65% in the differentiation and differentiation group,and the total effective rate was 21% in the control group.5.The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the differentiation and differentiation syndrome group was 80%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in fixed prescription group was 57.9%.Conclusion:(1)To some extent,the treatment group can reduce the patient’s HbA1 c.(2)To some extent,the treatment group can improve the vision of patients,and improve the visual acuity of patients with grade DR2 and DR3,and the curative effect is better than that of the control group.(3)To some extent,the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy based on differentiation of disease and syndrome with Qi Ming granule is beteer than Qi Ming granules fixed square. |
