| Objective:To investigate the correlation between red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and urea clearance index(KT/Vurea)in maintenance hemodialysis patients。Methods:79 case of hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected, and 79 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected, and 79 cases of MHD patients were divided into dialysis full group(Kt≥1.2)and insufficient group(Kt/V<1.2)according to Kt/V values. The general data and blood biochemical indicators of patients after 3months of regular hemodialysis were collected to analyze the correlation between RDW and KT/V in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Results:1.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).Transferrin,transferrin saturation,albumin,hemoglobin,C-reactive protein(CRP),RDW,Parathyroid hormone(PTH)and other differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)。Results:1.The body weights of the two groups were different, and the weight of the incompletely dialysis group was higher than that of the full group.2.There was no statistically significant difference in gender and blood pressure between the two groups.3.The differences in age,RDW,transferrin, and ultrafiltration between the two groups were statistically significant, and the age,RDW,and transferrin levels in the dialysis sufficient group were lower than those in the dialysis insufficient group. The amount is higher than the dialysis insufficient group.4.KT/V was positively correlated with ultrafiltration volume, and negatively correlated with RDW,age, body weight,CRP,transferrin, and body weight. Conclusion:The RDW of hemodialysis patients has a certain correlation with KT/V,suggesting that RDW can be used as a predictor of adequacy of hemodialysis.By adjusting the dialysis protocol, hemodialysis can be sufficient to reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events, thereby improving the quality of life of patients. |
