| Objective:Recurrent Oral Ulcer(ROU),the most common oral mucosal disease,that is chatacterised by high prevalence and recurrent episodes,ancient and modern medical practitioners on the understanding of ROU mainly in the excessive fire-heat syndrome,the Yin-Deficiency and Fire-Hyperactivity syndrome,the spleen yang deficiency syndrome,the complexity of heat and cold syndrome and other aspects.Banxia Xiexin Decoction or Gancao Xiexin Decoction,the treatment of the classical prescription of the syndrome of cold-heat complex,are widely used for the later physicians.Combining with the provisions in Treatise on Febrile Disease,the doctors use their treatment in digestive diseases.With development,the practitioners expand the application to the endocrine system,etc.,there are a large number of treatment reports of ROU by Banxia Xiexin Decoction or Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the modern literature,but no uniform use of indications currently,this study attempts to select from the selected Medical case summarizes the regularity of Banxia Xiexin Decoction or Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of the syndrome of cold-heat complex of ROU.Method:This study was collected the treatment of ROU case reports from 1979 to 2016 included in the databases of CNKI,VIP,WANFANG MED ONLINE and books in Chengdu University of TCM library.The data were classified into Excel data sheet,and the gender,age,predisposing factors,course of disease,symptoms,pulse,tongue,prescription and drug compatibility were recorded.The SPSS21.0 software was used to calculate the Prescription dose of 95% confidence interval to get the usual dose,and explore the law of Banxia Xiexin Decoction or Gancao Xiexin Decoction treatment of ROU.Result:1.The basic situation: Through the data analysis,the results show that male to female ratio is 1: 1,no significant difference in gender.The age of onset is based on 30-50,and frequency of less than 30 years of age and more than 50 years gradually decreased,which indicates that the age of onset mainly in prime.For courseof disease,the number of onset of disease is the largest in 1 to 3 years.2.Tongue and pulse situation: After research,it finds that the red tongue as a focus,pink,pale white tongue secondly.For Tongue,is more in the yellow greasy,thin white,greasy,string-thready pulse,and the keywords to thready,string and rapid.3.Symptom:The symptoms of the disease are numerous,which mainly on digestive tract symptoms such as loose stools,anorexia,and thirst,fatigue,bitter taste,insomnia followed.4.Sheng gancao 11-15 grams,10-14 grams of Zhigancao,banxia 11-14 grams,7-9 grams of ganjiang,huanglian 6-8 grams,10-11 grams of huangqin,dangshen 12-14 grams,dazao 11-13 grams.Calculation of the Prescription dose of 95% confidence interval,between any drug in Ganjiang,banxia,huanglian,huangqin,indicating the usual range of its ratio.Ganjiang,banxia(0.6-0.7),ganjiang,huanglian(1.2-1.5),ganjiang,huangqin(0.7-0.8),ganjiang,huangqin(0.7-0.8),huangqin,banxia(0.6-0.7),huanglian,huangqin(0.6-0.7),huangqin banxia(0.9-1.0).Conclusion : From summing up the clinical application indications and medication rule of Banxia Xiexin Decoction or Gancao Xiexin Decoction,in the treatment of ROU,the results shows that,firstly,although the syndrome of cold-heat complex of ROU present heat and cold,the local fever of the disease is obvious,so clinicians prefer to heat-clearing herbs when they prescribe.Secondly,in Banxia Xiexin Decoction or Gancao Xiexin Decoction,Huanglian,Huangqin and Banxia,Ganjiang,with drug reverse,Combining with yin and yang,ascending and descending,which with the decomposition of cold and heat,clearing the damp heat,Sanjie stagnation.According to the data of 107 cases,it was found that the dose ratio of Huanglian,Huangqin and Ganjiang and Banxia was higher than that of the treatment of ROU;Thirdly,location of ROU is in the lip.On the other hand,it reflects the thought of same treatment for different dieases in Chinese Medicine. |
