Objective: This study aims to use RT-PCR analysis of chronic nasal sinusitis patients before and after oral "nose deep easy oral liquid" conditional pathogenic bacteria inside nasal cavity epidermis staphylococcus bacteria biofilm control the change of gene expression,to explore deep sigh of oral liquid party as a representative of the bile leakage heat method adjusting the epidermis staphylococcus film-forming gene expression.Methodology: In chengdu area and yongchuan region were recruited into the diagnostic standard of 36 patients with chronic nasal-sinusitis(gallbladder relieving muggy syndrome)and 10 cases of healthy subjects were divided into treatment group and control group;Separately for each case of nasal secretions,the treatment group to China god group produces nose deep comfortable taking oral liquid,taking two consecutive period of treatment(14 days)after the medicine again to take in the ipsilateral nasal secretions,before and after the treatment respectively.The epidermis staphylococcus of secretions,frozen storage,storage,utilization synthesis primers probe design,using rt-pcr technique measure related film respectively control gene: epidermis staphylococcus aureus: ica A,lux S,staphylococcus aureus,the expression of ica A and agr A medication before and after,finally by the statistics,analysis and conclusion.Results: 1.Strains isolated from the advantage and advantage for epidermis staphylococcus strains before and after medication rate was 61%,64%,respectively,are the highest proportion of before and after treatment;The race in the epidermis staphylococcus samples using rt-pcr technique to detect ica A,before taking the medicine detection rate: 25%,samples were detected after taking the ica A.Using 96 hole in the correspo-ndding sample crystal violet spectrometry before and after medication bacterial biofilm positive rate respectively: 75%,25%;.In another part of the specimens of 15 cases of nasal mixed bacteria ica A detection in 3 patients(20%).2.Before taking the medicine and the control group is statistically significant(P < 0.5),after taking the epidermis staphylococcus lux S gene expression is lower than the amount of gene expression before taking the medicine,are statistically significant(P < 0.05),after taking lux S and normal expression quantity no statistical difference(P > 0.05).3.lux S gene expression and AI-2 total signaling molecules is no statistical difference(P > 0.05),but can be observed in the trend of development was positively related to the trend.Epidermis staphylococcus lux S genes and Ica A gene expression of correlation analysis,no statistical difference(P > 0.05).4.Staphylococcus aureus ica A gene is not measured in this study,agr only detected in 1 case.Conclusion: 1.The epidermis staphylococcus aureus strains in patients with CRS is an advantage,and with more BF + pathogenic form;Chronic nasal sinusitis patients by epidermis staphylococcus bacteria biofilm formation by not all are the way of ica A dependence exists,there are the ica A depend on the way to control bacterial biofilm.2.Taken by mouth nose deep sigh of oral liquid can adjust the ica A genes of epidermis staphylococcus,thus the formation of the cut in BF;After taking lux S expression less than before,but also accompanied by the decrease of BF.3.Staphylococcus aureus may not be in BF + pathogenic forms exist in CRS patients.
