Analysis Of The Correlation Between The Changes Of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Antibody Titer And The Severity Of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

Objective:To explore the between the changes of mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody titer and the severity of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and clinical can through the patient′s clinical indicators,timely detection is used to predict the occurrence of refractory MPP,to start the steroid treatment.Methods:Venous blood was extracted within 24 hours after admission.The percentage of WBC,CRP,neutrophil,PCT,ESR and CK,CK-MB and LDH were collected.In the morning of the 2nd day of admission,venous blood was collected on an empty stomach to detect the titer level of specific MP-IgM antibody.The titer level of mycoplasma MP-IgM antibody was reviewed 2 weeks after admission,and the change of antibody titer level was observed.According to the diagnostic criteria of severe MPP,the children were divided into the severe group and the mild group,and analyze the clinical data of the two groups and compare for statistical significance.The correlation between the titer of different mycoplasma MP-IgM antibody and the severity of the disease was analyzed.There was a correlation between the reciprocal of mycoplasma and myocardial enzyme.Results:1.Among 68 cases of MPP children,48 cases were severe,while 20 cases were mild.Comparison of the clinical data between the severe group and the mild group showed the levels of WBC、CRP、N%、PCT、ESR、LDH in the severe cases were higher than that in the mild(P<0.05)and the difference in the test results of CK and CK-MB between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)2.Positive correlation was found between the severity of the disease of children and the reciprocal of the mycoplasma antibody tite.3.The result of the correlation analysis between the reciprocal of mycoplasma antibody titer and myocardial enzymes showed there was a positive correlation between CK,CK-MB,LDH and the reciprocal of the mycoplasma antibody titer(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The WBC,CRP,neutrophil percentage,PCT,ESR,LDH in MPP group were higher than those in mild group.The disease condition of the children was associated with serological indexes,which indicated the occurrence of severe or refractory MPP.So clinicians should be on guard.2.There is a positive correlation between the severity of illness in children and the reciprocal of mycoplasma MP-IgM antibody titer,suggesting that the higher MP-IgM antibody titer,the more likely it is to cause severe MPP or refractory MPP and endanger lives.3.There was a positive correlation between the reciprocal of MP-IgM antibody titer and CK、CK-MB、LDH.
