| Objective:To review the etiology of children’s rash disease and compare the differences o f the etiology distribution in different gender and ages and study the influence of a topy on the etiology distribution. So we can provide a reference and scientific basis for the early diagnosis and identification of related diseases.Methods:1.A retrospective study was conducted on 576 cases of children rash diseases from June 2017 to December 2017 in Shanxi Children’s Hospital. The data were collected and counted, and the general etiological distribution of children’s rash diseases were listed.2.Among them,524 cases were single-cause cases. In the study, single etiology cases were analyzed into groups.According to the gender and age of the children, the etiological distribution of 524 cases with single etiology was listed, and the difference of the etiological distribution of each group was obtained by statistical method,so as to study and explore the etiological characteristics of rash disease in children in every group.According to whether the children are atopic constitution or not,the etiological distribution of the two groups is also listed, and the influence of atopic constitution on the etiological distribution of children with rash diseases is inferred.3.In addition, the multiple etiological cases and severe cases were analyzed and summarized.Results:1.Of the 576 cases of pediatric rash diseases,524 were single etiological cas es.According to etiological classification,194 cases were rheumatic diseases,160 c ases were infectious diseases,103 cases were hematological diseases and 67 cases were allergic diseases.2.524 cases with single etiology were grouped according to gender, age and atopic constitution. The results were as follows:(1)there was no signi ficant difference in the distribution of the major causes of children rash diseases be tween the two gender groups.(2)The highest incidence of children rash diseases was found in the age group of 1 to 3 years old. Moreover, there were significant statist ical differences in the etiological among different age groups. The most common eti ology of the ≤ 1 years old group and 1 to 3 years old group were infectious disea ses(34.3%,51.3%),while the most common etiology of the 4 to 6 years old grou p and ≥ 7 years old group were rheumatic diseases(40.33%,68.7%).The incidence of rheumatic diseases in the age group ≥ 7 years old was the highest, and the inc idence rate increased gradually with the increase of age.The incidence of infectious diseases was the highest in the group of 1 to 3 years old, followed by the group of ≤ 1 years old,and then decreased with the increase of age.The incidence of he matological and neoplastic diseases was the highest in the age group of 4 to 6 yea rs old,and the lowest in the group of ≥ 7 years old.Allergic diseases have the hig hest incidence in the ≤ 1 year old group.(3)There was significant difference in etiol ogical distribution between atopic constitution group and non-atopic constitution gro up.In the atopic constitution group, the prevalence rate of allergic diseases was sig nificantly increased, while the prevalence of infectious diseases, blood system and t umor diseases decreased. But the distribution of rheumatic diseases in the two group s was not significantly different.3.52 cases were complicated with multiple etiology, among which 24 cases were infected with allergic diseases.4.There were 50 severe cases, among which allergic diseases, especially drug allergies, were the most impor tant cause of severe cases, followed by rheumatic diseases and infectious diseases.Severe skin lesions and / or multiple organ dysfunction were the main manifestations in severe cases, including 34 cases of severe lesions and 28 cases of multiple o rgan dysfunction.Conclusions:1.Among the 576 cases of pediatric rash disease,524 cases were single cause cases and 52 cases were multiple etiological cases.2.524 cases of single cause were characterized by the following characteristics:⑴Allergies are the most common cause of disease in outpatients, while rheumatic diseases are the most common cause of rash disease in hospitalized children.⑵The highest incidence of rashes in hospitalized children was found at age 1 to 3.There were significant differences in the etiological distribution of single etiological cases of rash diseases among different age groups.Infants under 3 years old were high incidence of infectious diseases(especially fever with rash syndrome),and were also the focus of surveillance and prevention. The most common cause of rheumatic disease in children over 3 years of age is rheumatic disease.⑶The incidence of rheumatic diseases in the age group ≥ 7 years old was the highest, and the incidence rate increased gradually with the increase of age.The incidence of infectious diseases was the highest in the group of 1 to 3 years old, followed by the group of ≤ 1 years old,and then decreased with the increase of age.The incidence of hematological and neoplastic diseases was the highest in the age group of 4 to 6 years old,and the lowest in the group of ≥ 7 years old.Allergic diseases have the highest incidence in the ≤ 1 year old group. It can be seen that infancy is the key to early prevention of allergic diseases.⑷Atopic constitution has certain influence on etiological distribution of children with rash disease. In the atopic constitution group, the prevalence rate of allergic diseases was significantly increased, while the prevalence of infectious diseases, blood system and tumor diseases decreased.3.Infection with allergic rash is the most common cause of multiple cases.4.There are more severe cases of rashes in hospitalized children than in outpatient children, among which allergic diseases, especially drug allergy, are the important causes of severe cases. |
