| Objective:1.To investigate the expression of aromatics hydrocarbon receptor(AHR)and aromatic receptor nuclear translocation(ARNT)in peripheral blood,villus and decidua of patients with abortion,analysis the correlation between AHR、ARNT and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).2.Through the determination of AHR、ARNT、progesterone(P)、estradiol(E2)in peripheral blood,AHR、ARNT、estradiol receptor(ER)、progesterone receptor(PR)in villus and decidua of patients with RSA,Study on the correlation between different parts of AHR、ARNT、E2、P、ER、PR.3.Analysis of ROC curve depicting AHR、ARNT、E2、P in peripheral blood,To understand the predictive value of AHR、ARNT、E2、P in peripheral blood for RSA.Methods:To choose 30 patients where are from October 2016 to October 2017with recurrent spontaneous abortion in outpatient department of gynecology as a study group,30 patients with normal early pregnancy abortion as a control group,and each patient’s peripheral blood,villi,decidua,test each patient’s AHR and ARNT levels in serum and AHR、ARNT、ER、PR levels in villi and decidua by Elisa,test each patient’s E2、P levels in serum by Chemiluminescence method,then do the statistical analysis by SPSS 21.0.Results:1.Expression of AHR and ARNT in serum,villus and decidua of study grou p and control group was observed.The expression of AHR in villi and decidua ti ssues in study group was significantly higher than that in control group,and there was statistical significance in statistical analysis(P<0.05),The expression of A HR in serum of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but t here was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The expression of ARNT in serum、villi and decidua tissues in study group was significantly higher than that in contr ol group,and there was statistical significance in statistical analysis(P<0.05).I n the study Group:The expression of AHR in serum was significantly higher tha n that in villi and decidua tissues,and there was statistical significance in statistic al analysis(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between villi and decidua(P>0.05).The expression of ARNT in serum was significantly higher t han that in villi and decidua tissues,and there was statistical significance in statis tical analysis(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between villi an d decidua(P>0.05).2.The expression of E2、P in serum of the study group was significantly lo wer than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance in statisti cal analysis(P<0.05).The expression of ER、PR in villi and decidua of the st udy group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was s tatistical significance in statistical analysis(P<0.05).3.In the study Group:AHR in serum was not related to E2、P(P>0.05);AHR in villus and decidua tissue was not correlated with ER、PR in the corresponding tissues(P>0.05);ARNT in serum was not related to E2、P(P>0.05);ARNT in villus and decidua tissue was not correlated with ER、PR in the corresponding tissues(P>0.05).4.The largest area under ROC Curve was ARNT in peripheral blood,was92.2%,Take>5.2945 ng/ml as the truncation point,sensitivity and specificity were all high,was 76.7%and 96.75%respectively,the accuracy was 77%.Conclusion:1.Increased expression of AHR and ARNT in peripheral blood,chorionic villus and decidua may be one of the factors contributing to RSA.2.The detection of ARNT in peripheral blood maybe has certain predictive v alue for the occurrence of recurrent abortion. |
