| ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen axetil on postoperative analgesia.MethodsWe searched the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang datebase,PubMed,MEDLINE databases.All randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about the postoperative analgesic effects of sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen axetil were searched and the date was extracted by two authors independently.patients were divided into two groups:sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen(SF)and sufentanil(S)alone.The quality of these trails were assessed according to the Cochrane Handbook 5.2.0 and Revman 5.3 was used for meta-analysis.The mata results show blow:ResultsTwenty-seven trails with 3,051 patients were analyzed.1.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS):the group SF had lower VAS at12 hours,24hours and 48 hour than the group S.2.Ramsay score:the Ramsay score in the group SF were lower than the group S.And there were no significant differences at other time point.3.Sid effects:In group SF,the incidence of nausea [OR=0.29,95%CI(0.21,0.41)P<0.00001],vomiting[OR=0.25,95%CI(0.16,0.40)P<0.00001],respiratory depression[OR=0.23,95%CI(0.07,0.75)P=0.01],pruritus[OR=0.23,95%CI(0.12,0.45)P<0.0001],dizziness and drowsiness[OR=0.23,95%CI(0.12,0.45)P<0.0001]were lower than the group S.there were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion 1.1.The sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen has better postoperative analgesia effect in PCIA at 12 hour,24hour and 48 hour after operation.2.The sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen has the same postoperative efficacy of sedation with the sufentanil alone.3.The sufentanil combined with flurbiprofen has lower incidence of nausea,vomiting,respiratory depression,pruritus and dizziness and drowsiness. |
