Comparison Of The Tissue Adhesives And Intradermal Suture For Closure Of Surgical Incision:A Meta Analysis

Objective:We aim to systematically evaluated the difference between the application of tissue adhesives or intradermal suture in different ways of closing surgical incision.Methods:We searched of the keywords about tissue adhesives,intradermic suture from CNKI,WanFang,VIP,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,and Embase to get the randomied controlled trials(RCTs)of the effectuality of the clinical effects of tissue adhesives and intradermal suture for closure of surgical incision.The researches were updated From 2000 to March 2018.The methodological quality of the studies was evaluated,and Meta analyses were performed using the Cochrane software RevMan 5.3.Results:There are 8 documents with the highest correlation were selected from each database,and the data of each group were analyzed by RevMan5.3 software for Meta analysis.The results was presented:Compared with the closing time,there is a statistically significant difference between two groups(SMD=-2.35,95%CI=-3.34~-1.36,P<0.00001).AS for Complication,there is no significant difference between the two groupsOR=1.09,95%CI=0.50~2.35,P=0.83).And Compared with the VSA,there is no significant difference between two groups(SMD=-0.14,95%CI=-0.36~0.08,P=0.21).As for HWES,there is no significant difference between the two groups(OR=0.83,95%CI=0.43~1.62,P=0.59).Conclusion:Compared with intradermal suture,tissue adhesives has more advantages in closing time,but there is no significant difference in complications,VAS and HWES.In general,tissue glue has a more advantage in clinical.
