Clinical Observation Of Miscarriage Prevention Of Tonifying Kidney And Spleen And Dissolving Stasis On Treating Threatened Abortion In The Early Stage Of Pregnancy Combined With Sub-Chorionic Haematoma

ObjectiveThrough clinical research,treatment on the threatened abortion in the early stage of pregnancy combined with sub-chorionic haematoma(SCH)patients were obsereved in miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen,oral dydrogesterone tablets,of the SCH area,Progesterone and other objective indicators of change,improvement of clinical symptos,adverse reactions,etc.Through the evaluation of its efficacy differences and exploration of the security,efficacy and feasibility of miscarriage prevention of dissolving stasis based on the Syndrome differentiation and Treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide the clinical evidence for the Syndrome differentiation and Treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine and the improvement on the efficiency of miscarriage prevention of threatened abortion in the early stage of pregnancy combined with SCH.MethodsThe 60 patients met the diagnostic criteria were randomly assigned into three groups,group A of 30 cases treated with miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis,group B of 30 cases treated with miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen,as well as group C of 20 cases given oral dydrogesterone tablets,which would be treated for 14 days.If SCH of group A does not disappear in the eighth day,group A would continue for 7 days.If SCH of group A disappears in the eighth day,group A would be treated as group B for 7 days.They were obsereved in miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen,oral dydrogesterone tablets,of the SCH area,Progesterone and other objective indicators of change,improvement of clinical symptos,adverse reactions,etc.The before and after index changes would be with statistics.Results1.TCM symptom score:There is a significant difference in TCM symptom score between before treatment in each group and after treatment(P<0.05);miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group together with oral dydrogesterone tablets are significant differences(P<0.05);miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group together with miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group is also significant difference(P<0.05).2.Tocolysis efficacy:Miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group together with oral dydrogesterone tablets are significant differences(P<0.05);miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group together with miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group is no significant difference(P>0.05).3.SCH area:There is a significant difference in SCH area between before treatment in each group and after treatment(P<0.05);miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group together with oral dydrogesterone tablets are significant differences(P<0.05);miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group together with miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group is also significant difference(P<0.05).4.Vaginal bleeding time:Miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group together with oral dydrogesterone tablets are significant differences(P<0.05);miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group together with miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group is also significant difference(P<0.05).5.Progesterone values:There is a significant difference in Progesterone values between before treatment in each group and after treatment(P<0.05);but there is no significant difference in Progesterone values after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1.During the treatment of threatened abortion in the early stage of pregnancy combined with SCH,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen are superior to oral dydrogesterone tablets in promoting SCH absorption, shortening the time of vaginal bleeding,improving clinical symptos,etc.Moreover,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis is superior to miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen in promoting SCH absorption and shortening the time of vaginal bleeding,which proves that dissolving stasis used appropriately will improve the clinical efficacy.2.Tocolysis efficacy:Miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis group,miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen group together with oral dydrogesterone tablets can improve the level of progesterone,what is more,the three groups in terms of improving the efficacy of progesterone fairly.3.The clinical efficacy of miscarriage prevention of tonifying kidney and spleen and dissolving stasis on threatened abortion in the early stage of pregnancy combined with SCH is safe and effective,which is worth popularizing in the clinical use.
