| "Xihuangcao" has been applied to treat hepatitis B which is the Indigeno-us Traditional Medicine in the area south of the five ridges of China,this dru-g can clear heat and eliminate dampness,eliminate jaundice,cool the blood a-nd disperse stasis,was one of the raw materials in the Xiaoyanlidan Tablets a-nd Danshitong Capsules.Nevertheless,the application of"Xihuangcao" is conf-using due to species difference.The four species are I.lophanthoides(Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)Hara,I.lophanthoides(Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)Hara var.gerardia-na(Benth.)Hara,I.lophanthoides(Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)Hara var.graciliflora(Benth.)Hara and I.serra(Maxim.)Kudo.I.lophanthoides,a herbal drug,belonged to Isodon genus,Labiatae.Whic-h was the original plant of "Xihuangcao,I.loph-anthoides was well investiga-ted the plant morphology,the microstructure and thequality specification by sci-entists.There was little research about the systematically chemical constituent studies of I.lophanthoides.Therefore,in order to explore the chemical constit-uent of I.lophanthoides for further,a systematic investgation of I.lophanthoid-es.In this experiment,I.lophanthoides was extracted by methanol and partiti-oned successively with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol.From the PE extraction and the EtOAc extraction,and isolated 42 compounds by means of chromatographic separation technology respectively.40 of them were eluci-dated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis.Among the 40 compou-nds,there were 12 diterpeniods:(+)-15-Hydroxysalvinolone(IL-1),Graciliflorin E(IL-2),Graciliflorin F(IL-3),6-acetoxyabieta-3,11,13-trihydroxy-8,11,13-trien-7-one(IL-4),16-acetoxy-7a-methoxyroyleanone(IL-5),Fleuryinol B(IL-6),15-hydroxymicrostegiol(IL-7),6-hydroxy-5,6-dehydrosugiol(IL-8),15-O-Methylgrac iliflorin F(IL-9),Gerardianin C(IL-10),Lophanthoidin A(IL-11),6?-hydroxy-7a-methoxyroyleanone(IL-12);5 flavonoids:cirsimaritin(IL-13),quercetin-3-O-?-D-Glucoside(IL-14),quercetin(IL-15),3,7,3',4'-Tetrahydroxy-5-methoxyflavon e(IL-16),luteolin(IL-17);4 phenolic acids:protocatechuic aldehyde(IL-18),caffeic acid(IL-19),Rosmarinic acid(IL-20),Methylrosmarinate(IL-21);1 cou marin:7-Methoxycoumarin(IL-22);8 triterpenes:2a,3a,24-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid(IL-23),2a,3a,24-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(IL-24),urso lie acid(IL-25),oleanic acid(IL-26),2a,3?,19a-trihydroxy-12-en-28-ursolic acid(IL-27),a-amyrin(IL-28),2?,3?,19?,23-tetrahydroxy-12-en-28-oic-acid(IL-29),2?-hydroxy-12-en-28-ursolic acid(IL-30);3 lignans:Geradianin D(IL-31),8a-hydroxypinoresinol-8-O-(6"-O-syringyl)-Glucopyranoside(IL-32),8a-hydroxymedi oresinol-8-O-(6"-O-syringyl)-glucopyranoside(IL-33);4 steroidal:?-sitosterol(I L-34),?-daucosterol(IL-35),stigmasterol(IL-36),(24R)-24-ethylcholesta-4,22-di en-3-one(IL-37);2 amides:aurantiamide acetate(IL-38),N-trans-Feruloyltyram ine(IL-39);1 aliphatic:octadecanyl-3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzeneacrylate(IL-40).Among them,compounds IL-4 was a new abietane diterpenoid,IL-32,IL-33 were two new bistetrahydrofuran lignan glucoside;Compounds IL-6?8,IL-12,IL-16,IL-29,IL-37,IL-39,IL-40 were isolated from genus Isodon for the f irst time;Compounds IL-1?4,IL-9?11,IL-23,IL-24,IL-31 were idolated from I.lophanthoides for the first time. |
