The Research Of Using Pattern Visual Evoked Potential And OPtical Coherence Tomography To Evaluate The Treatment Effect Of Chinese Medicine On Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

Objective Observe clinical curative effect and recurrence rate about dialectical treatment of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy by Chinese Medicine,and use Pattern Visual Evoked Potential and OPtical Coherence Tomography to evaluate the treatment effect.Methods 1.Take clinic cases of 60 with Central Serous Chorioretinopathy that are randomly divided into experimental group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.2.The experimental group uses the treatment of oraling five three adjustment,and dialectical add and subtract in accordance with the illness of patients,daily 1 agent;the control group uses the treatment of oraling Vitamin B1 piece 10mg and Vitamin C tablets 200mg,3 times a day;the course of treatment is 1 month and the two groups are both taking medicine 3 month.Compare the changes of Vision Correction,the edame of Fundus macular,FFA,PVEP and OCT before and after treatment.3.Visit the two group of recovered patients about half a year and do the statistics of rccurrence rate.Results 1.The total effective rate was 96.7%for treatment groups 30 eyes of 30 patients,the total effective rate was 73.3%for control groups 30 eyes of 30 patients.The difference of contrasting comprehensive curative effect between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation index of Vision CorreCtion、the edame of Fundus macular、FFA、PVEP and OCT before and after treatment were obviously improved.The differences between the two groups have statistical significance.The curative effect of the treatment groups was better than the control groups(P<0.05).2.the recurrence rate of recovered patients after half a year of treatment group and control group is 6.7%and 50.0%.Based on chi-square test,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).3、Comparing the detection rate of small lesions,the OCT is higher than the FFA,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.The eye symptoms and signs of Central Serous ChorioretinoPathy are obviously improved by Chinese Medicine,and the curative effect is better than Western medicine.2.The curative effect of controling the recurrence rate of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy by Chinese Medicine is better than Western medicine.3.The PVEP and OCT can analysis the functions of Macular retinal objectively and quantitatively.And the OCT image can show the structure of Macular retinal clearly.So the detection rate of small lesions is higher than others,and have some advantages.
