Chemical Components Research On Rubus Reflexus Ker In FuJian

R.reflexes Ker var.reflexes is species of Rubus of Rocaceae with a bitter,sour taste and mild nature.It is antibacterial and anti-flammatory and can promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis,cure rheumatism and strengthen the muscles and bones when taken in the lung and the liver meridian.The developments and utilizations of Rubus at home and abroad have a long story which can date back to the 16th century.Used whether as a fruit or a medicine material,there are some progresses in the utilization of Rubus.So far,some chemists have researched more than 20 plants of Rubus about their chemical compositions.Chemists got more than 50 new compounds isolated from Rubus,most of them are two terpene(glycoside)and three terpene(glycoside)compounds.This research extracts certain chemical compositions from the roots and stems of Rubus through ethanol reflux extraction.The first step is to extract compositions using four organic solvents that differs in polarity with the other three through polarity grading extraction method.The four solvents include petroleum benzin,chloroform,acetidin and n-butyl alcohol.The next step is separating these compositions through silica gel column chromatography.The traditional separation method can help to collect more compositions effectively.Then the purity of each composition is tested by high performance liquid chromatography.The last step is indentifying the chemical structural formulas of six compouns through test methods such as IR,UV,MS,NMR and so on.The six compounds are probably:(1)myrianthic acid;(2)incarvilloside A(3)Ursolic acid;(4)oblonganoside I;(5)19p-hydroxyasiatic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyrannos--ide;(6)nigaichigoside F1.These compounds from R.reflexes Ker var.Reflexes for the first time.
