With the rapid growth of China’s GDP,citizen life is increasingly improved,people’s life style has also undergone dramatic change,at the same time,population aging is becoming increasingly serious,resulting in the risk factors of cerebrovascular diseases like hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia increasing.Survey indicate that stroke has become the first cause of death in China and was listed as the second leading cause of death in the world,and the incidence and mortality rates are still rising.Stroke poses a great threat to the safety and health of middle-aged and elderly people.Aphasia is one of the common complications after stroke,which has a negative impact on the quality of life of patients,and hinder the participation of patients in the normal social activities.Stroke has caused a certain burden to the family and society.In recent years,the research on aphasia after stroke is endless,this paper is to summarize the recovery mechanism and treatment of aphasia after stroke and is expected to be of some help to clinicians.
