A Study On The Role Of Township Health Centers In The Construction Of Medical Service

As of the end of 2014,China’s population aged 60 and above has 212 million,accounting for 15.5%of the total population,China’s population aging problem is serious.Rural elderly people face more problems,rural elderly pension problem is a more prominent problem is the rural elderly medical problems.With the development of medical services,how to let the elderly in rural areas also enjoy the combination of old-age care and medical services,alleviate the medical problems of old-age care services in rural areas,explore the possibility of changing the role of township hospitals,and township health change Is the research topic of this paper.On the one hand,the present situation and the problems of the development of township hospitals are studied on the other hand,so as to find the relationship between the township hospitals and the hospitals in the medical and health service.Should be how to do,how to function positioning.Starting from these two aspects,as the two main lines of this article,and then analyze the feasibility of the township hospital to change the role;finally find out the factors affecting the township hospital to change the role,and then put forward countermeasures.In this study,the rural old-age service has the following problems:the level of old-age security is not high,poor medical security,medical assistance system is not perfect,the slow development of social pension agencies,lack of pension professionals and other issues.The main problems of township hospitals are:unreasonable personnel,poor operating conditions,lack of service capacity,low utilization of services,low efficiency,dislocation and other issues.From the above problems can be seen,the township hospitals need to be reformed,the role of the change,through medical services,improve service utilization,improve their medical level,play as a primary health care for the elderly,Service to provide their own professional medical services.Therefore,this article finally put forward five countermeasures:1.Reduce administrative barriers,promote resource integration configuration;2.The government leading,perfect the policy;3.To cultivate talents to meet demand;4.To carry on the functional transformation,attaches great importance to the prevention work;5.Provide the medical service,attaches great importance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
