Baihu Decoction is from "Discussion of Cold-Induced Disorders" writed by Zhang Zhongjing in Han Dynasty,original formulation is Anemarrhena six liang,plaster one jin(cotton wrapped),licorice two liang(honey),polished round-grained rice six he.usage:the right yin-pian,with a dou water,boiled to the rice cooked,drop residue,one sheng once,three times per day.Indications:clearing heat.Decoction boiling as the final part of traditional Chinese medicine used in clinical,correct or not,directly related to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and drug safety.so as that patient medication and experimental studies have considerable arbitrariness.Decoction process affect the diversity of factors,the study used multi-factor and multi-level experiment to get optimized process parameters,and-established the optimal decoction boiling process;According experimental to study whether plaster need boiled beforehand or not and the different boiling apparatus how to effect boiling,to further illustrate the problem,and ensure the reliability of the Baihu Decoction boiling quality,to provide guarantee for the clinical efficacy.This article was studied from the following aspects:1 literatureAccess to the ancient,modern and foreign literature,the writer discussed standardized boiling technology of the decoction,the status and the meaning of standardized decoction and the problems.Summarized the recent progress of the Baihu Decoction,to understand the chemical composition of the herbs in the Baihu Decoction and modem clinical application.2 To establish boiling quality evaluation indicators of Baihu DecoctionFirst established HPLC method to simultaneous determination neomangiferin,mangiferin,liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in the Baihu Decoction;EDTA Titration of calcium content in the liquid;liquid extract content and relative method of density determination.Multi-component,multi-index evaluation methods provide the basis for the Baihu Decoction boiling technical evaluation and quality control,provide a guarantee for the play of the clinical efficacy of the Baihu Decoction.3 Found the best boiling process of Baihu DecoctionSingle factor experiments were carried out on the factors of Baihu Decoction boiling,and boiling quality evaluated method to the text established as an index,considered in combination with the clinical practice,the establishment of L9(34)Orthogonal Design of Baihu Decoction to study traditional decoction process and machine boiling process,the results of the experiments are the direct analysis and variance analysis,to determine the best traditional and machinery boiling process of the Baihu Decoction.Different boiling apparatus have different boiling effect,determine the marmite as the traditional decoction apparatus;plaster in the traditional and machinery boiled beforehand 6 different time points,and found that the main ingredients and extract content in both the traditional and machinery boiling are affected,and plaster boiled beforehand 20min is appropriate in the traditional boiling and 30min in the machinery boiling.4 ICP-OES determinate and analysis 20 kinds trace elements of the Baihu DecoctionThe results show that:In addition to the Co elements below the detection limit,the other 19 kinds of elements can be measured;the content of Al,Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Na,P are higher levels;Zn,Pb,Sr.,Ba,Mn are low content;the content of Ti,Cr,Cd,Cu,Li,Ni,V are very low;the content of heavy metal elements,Cr,Cd,Cu and Pb are very low;growth with the boiling time,trace elements have overall decreasing trend;upward trend with the increase of water;with the immersion time increased,the elements have overall little change or slightly increased.5 Baihu Decoction heat clearing studiesRat dry yeast induced fever,and to study the effect of positive drug,the traditional boiling liquid and machine boiling liquid rats heat purging fire.The results showed that:the rat model,body temperature increased significantly;after administration,the positive control group,the traditional group and groups of machines have a cooling effect,and the positive cooling effect significantly the cooling effect of the traditional group is better than a machine group.
