| Micro ComputedTomography is also called Micro-CT.With the rapid development of medical imaging technology,Micro-CT is playingan more and more important role in the field of medical image.lt has a high spatial resolution,faster scanning speed,smallerequipmentvolume and lower radiation dose.At present,Micro-CT have been widely used in many fields,and playing a crucial role in the modern clinical diagnosis and medical research.In order to adapt to the development of Micro-CT and deepen the understanding of the control system,the articleresearch mainly aboutthe integration and control method of Micro-CT system and complete the designing and development of the control system based on Visual C++.In the integration of Micro-CT system,the article analyzed the performance of the Micro-CT components,servo system and several motion control methods.In the part of Micro-CTcontrol system,the article mainly research and program the softwarein the upper machine(PC).In order to make full use of the PC resources to developa high precision control system of Micro-CT,the program calls the servo motor functionin message response function of MFC and drives Micro-CT system.The Micro-CT system is mainly composed of axis controller,micro xray,photon counting detector and platforms.The axis controllerand Visual C++programmingarethe main research content of this article.With the thought of modularization,the structure of the control system is open-ended:based on Visual c + + development environment,use MPC08 control board as the core unit(in the PCI slots of the upper machine),call the control function through the PC programming,drive axles controller by sending pulses to the servo motor,and return the location information by the grating ruler and encoder in order to complete the accurate closed-loop control.The control system has these following advantages:First,the control precision is high,make full use of the advantages of the servo motor and the closed loop structure,the control precision can reach micron grade;Second,the speed is smooth,with reasonable speed curve,ensure the quality of the projection and avoid the damage of mechanical vibration to the system hardware;Third,the control system is open-ended,able to make full use of the resources of the PC and C++,can easily developa flexible system configuration and a variety of motion control through the servo configuration function and sports instruction function. |
