Observation On The Rapeutic Effect Of Tongmai Wenyang Moxibustion Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Kidney-yang Deficiency Type

Research purposes:In this study,through observation and comparison the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in patients with perimenopausal syndrome of Kidney-yang Deficiency type been treated by Tongmai WenYang moxibustion.To study the clinical effect and interaction mechanism of Tongmai WenYang moxibustion treating PMS of Kidney-yang Deficiency type.Method:60 cases patients with PMS of Kidney-yang Deficiency type come from geriatric of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine were treated with a course of Tongmai WenYang moxibustion.The test adopted self-control study.To observe the changes of MKI and MENQOL scores,TCM syndromes,endocrine hormone in patients before and after treatment.To evaluate the curative effect.All data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 analysis and then the results were obtained.Result:1.After treatment,basically recovered 1 case,significantly improved in 7 cases,progress in 47 cases,no change 5 cases,in the total effective rate of 91.67%.2.In the MKI score comparison,the total score has a significant decline after treatment,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.3.The total TCM syndrome score has a significant decline after treatment,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.4.After treatment,all the single TCM syndrome scores have a decline?P<0.05?,except the poor libido,the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.5.In the MENQOL score comparison,the total score has a significant decline after treatment,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.6.In the serum sex hormones level comparison,the FSH level has a significant decline after treatment,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.The LH and AMH level have a little decline after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.The E₂ level has a significant rise after treatment,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.7.In the 17-OHCS level comparison,the level has a significant rise after treatment,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Tongmai WenYang moxibustion treating PMS of Kidney-yang Deficiency type is more significant.The clinical symptoms,the level of endocrine hormone and the quality of life of the patients were improved after the treatment.The curative effect is exact,the period of treatment is short,the patient's acceptance is high,and the adverse reaction is few.It is worthy of clinical application.
