| Objective:To study the influence on type 2 diabetic mellitus patients(Qiyinliangxujiayu Syndrome)on the levels of Blood glucose, blood lipid, body mass index, symptom integral and discuss the function theoretically,we use Yiqiyangyinhuox ue as prescription. Methods:From 4049 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were hospitalized in the recent 5years,220 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who met the diagnostic criteria of Qiyinliangxujiayu Syndrome were selected, including 110 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.Western medicine group for basic treatment(including diabetes education, diet, exercise, blood glucose monitoring, oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin therapy);Chinese medicine group in the western medicine group based on the treatment program with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription. The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG),blood lipid(triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol),Hb A1 c and body mass index(BMI)of patients before treatment, and comp-are the safety, etc.,through statistical analysis, the results were obtained, and combined with the traditional Chinese medicine group of ideas and analyze its mechanism, finally draw the research conclusion.Results:1.Analysis of 4049 cases of type 2 diabetes: There were 1439 males and 2103 females in 4049 type 2 diabetes patients, aged 18-95 years, median 55,mean age 57 years;hospitalization days 6-131 days, median 16,average hospitalization 19 days;fasting blood glucose 2.63~24.10mmol/L,a median of8.35,an average of 7.88mmol/L;postprandial 2h blood glucose 5.16~26.42mmol/L,a median of 11.32,an average of 13.50mmol/L;sugar Baseline hemoglobin(Hb A1c)4.2%~19.0%,median 8.2,average 8.1%;total cholesterol1.60~9.83mmol/L,median 4.07,average 4.34mmol/L;triglyceride 0.35~9.52mmol/L The median was 1.40 mmol/L with an average of 2.06;low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was 0.08-5.23 mmol/L with a median of 2.53,an average of 2.93 mmol/L;and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was between 0.05 and2.31 mmol/L.1.07,an average of 1.24 mmol/L.The number of inpatients withdia betes increased year by year, with more women than men;the peak age range was 40 to 60 years;the highest frequency of single-use Chinese medicine was for raw land, followed by Chuanxiong,Chinese angelica, etc.,and the most common types were blood circulation and blood stasis type Chinese medicines.Followed by qi and heat;Western medicine is the most frequently used insulin hypoglycemic drugs,of which the most commonly used oral drug is metformin;lipid regulating drugs to statins most commonly used。2.Comparis onof 110 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine gro up:(1)Comparison of blood glucose parameters: Before treatment,2.there was no significant difference between FPG,2h PG,and Hb A1 c in western medicine group and Chinese medicine group,P>0.05;after treatment,FPG,2h PG,and Hb A1 c in Chinese medicine group were lower than before treatment.P<0.01;FPG,2h PG,and Hb A1 c decreased significantly compared with western medicine group,P<0.05;(2)Comparison of blood lipids: Western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group before treatment TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,the difference was not statistically significant,P> 0.05;after treatment,Western medicine group TC,HDL-C and before treatment In comparison, the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05(0.164),Western medicine group TG,LDL-C compared with before treatment was reduced,P<0.01;Chinese medicine group after treatment HDL-C and before treatment, the difference was not statistical Significance of the study,P>0.05,TC,TG,and LDL-C in the Chinese medicine group were significantly improved before treatment,P<0.01.(3)Comparison of body mass index(BMI): After treatment, there was no significant difference in BMI between the western medicine group and the pretreatment group,P>0.05;BMI in the Chinese medicine group was lower than before treatment,P<0.01.(4)Comparison of symptom scores:After treatment, there was no significant difference in symptom scores of Western medicine group before treatment,P>0.05;the symptom scores of Chinese medicine group were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(5)Comparison of hypoglycemia: Chineseme dicine group and western medicine group each had hypoglycemia in 6patients during the treatment period, suggesting that Chinese medicine does not increase hypoglycemia. Conclusion:With Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus achieved more ideal effect,as follows:1.Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription can effectively reduce blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes to improve the symptoms and signs of patients and improve the quality of life of patients;Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription have no obvious side effects, and can even reduce or eliminate the incidence of oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin side effects;3.Yiqiyangyinhuoxue prescription for the treatment of diabetes, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is exhaustive, the prescription is tight, and fit with modern pharmacological research, thus it is worth further clinical application and researching. |
