Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Tongdutiaoshen Acupuncture On Sensory And Motor Dysfunction After Spinal Cord Injury

Objective:The topic by looking at(American Spinal Injury Association,ASIA)movement function score(motor score,MS),ASIA feeling function assessment(sensory score,SS),daily life activities ability score(activities of daily living,ADL)before and after the change,assessment of the Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture treatment effect on spinal cord injury,provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:The 40 patients who were diagnosed with spinal cord injury(SCI)were randomly divided into treatment group(Tongdutiaoshen acupuncture+ conventional rehabilitation group)and control group(routine rehabilitation treatment group),with 20 patients in each group.On the basis of routine rehabilitation,the treatment group was administered with the tongdutiaoshen acupuncture and routine rehabilitation treatment,and the needle was treated with the patient’s ability for 30 minutes at a time.The control group was given regular rehabilitation.The treatment group was treated 6 times a week for 12 weeks.All 40 patients were evaluated by MS,SS and ADL before and after treatment.Before and after treatment,the recovery status of SCI and motor dysfunction between the two groups was observed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methods were further compared.Results:(1)MS score: after treatment,the treatment group patients with SCI MS score significantly enhanced compared to that before treatment(P < 0.01)and control group in patients with MS scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P < 0.01),suggesting the significant difference;After treatment,the MS score of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)SS score: after treatment,the SS score in the treatment group was significantly higher than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The SS score of the control group was significantly increased compared with before treatment,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The SS score of the treatment group was significantly increased compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)ADL evaluation: after treatment,the daily life evaluation of the treatment group was significantly improved(P<0.01),with statistical significannce.The ADL score of the control group was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the comparison between the two groups of patients showed significant improvement in the daily life score of the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:(1)Both the tongdutiaoshen acupuncture treatment group and the conventional rehabilitation group can improve the sensory function,motor function and daily life ability of patients with spinal cord injury.(2)After improving the spinal cord injury,the tongdutiaoshen acupuncture treatment group was significantly better than the simple rehabilitation group.
