Clinicai Study Of Music Therapy Combined With Scalp Acupuncture In Thetreatment Of Mild Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

1.ObjectiveTo investigate the clinically therapeutic effect of musical therapy combined with scalp acupuncture in treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke(MCI).To verify the feasiblity of musical therapy combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of MCI,and to provide a new project for clinical use.2.Method60 cases of MCI were randomly divided into the scalp acupuncture group(control group)and the musical therapy combined with scalp acupuncture group(treatment group),30 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with routine basic drug treatment.The control group received acupuncture treatment,while the treatment group added musical therapy.The two groups were treated continuously for30 days,once a day and 30 days as a course of treatment.The scores of MMSE,MoCA,ADL and SDSVD were recorded before and after treatment,respectively,before and after treatment,and between groups.The improvement of cognitive impairment was observed in the two groups.3.ResultsThere was no difference in age,sex,course of disease,educational level and MMSE,MoCA,ADL and SDSVD scales before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the total efficiency wsa greatly high in treatment group after 30 days of treatment(P<0.05).The scores of MMSE,MoCA,ADL and SDSVD in the two groups were significantly changed compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).The scores of MMSE,MoCA,ADL and SDSVD in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).4.Conclusion(1)Musical therapy combined with scalp acupuncture repaire cognitive function,improve memory,comprehension and intelligence and raise patients’ s self-care ability of life.(2)Scalp acupuncture can also improve the clinical symptoms such as cognitive function and self-care ability of patients with MCI.(3)Both musical therapy combined with scalp acupuncture and scalp acupuncture can improve the cognitive function impairment in patients with MCI,but in comparison,the former is superior.(4)Musical therapy combined with scalp acupuncture in treatment of patients with MCI has a exact clinical curative effect,clinical operation is simple,safe and low cost,it is worthy of clinical application.
