The Clinical Study Of Fuzheng Yiai Decoction Combined With Cyberknife In The Treatment Of Medium Or Late Stage Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective :To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Yiai Decoction Combined with Cyberknife in the treatment of medium or late stage non-small cell lung cancer with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by observing it,s preliminary results,further clarifying whether it,s a high efficiency and low toxicity and practical treatment.Method:Eighty-four cases of medium or late stage non-small cell lung cancer patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into the control group and the treatment group,42 cases in the treatment group and 42 in the control group,by the random digital table group method.Control group treated with Cyberknife and symptomatic support,then the treatment group added Fuzheng Yiai Decoction.To further evaluate the efficacy and safety of the study By observing the two groups of the recent curative effect,KPS score,adverse reaction,T lymphocyte subsets etc.The research data are disposed by SPSS 22.0.Results:(1)The maximum diameter of the two groups was both decreased after treatment,the treatment group was significantly smaller than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the efficiency of short-term efficacy,the treatment group compared with the control group(92.5%vs71.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The score of KPS was higher than before treatment in both group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the treatment group was more obvious improvement than the control group.(3)In the radionuclide pneumonia and dermatitis,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Toxic and side effects of grade Ⅲ and above Ⅲ were not seen in two groups.All adverse reactions and complications could be alleviated after symptomatic support.(4)The T assisted cells(CD3+CD4+),T suppressor CD3+ CD8+)and T double Yang cells(CD3+CD4+CD8+)of the two groups were increased significantly after treatment,Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The T-assisted cell(CD3+CD4+)in the treatment group was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05)After treatment.Conclusions:Fuzheng Yiai Decoction combined with Cyberknife in treatment is remarkable improving patients’ quality of life and reduce adverse reaction after the treatment of Cyberknife.For medium or late stage non-small cell lung cancer with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patient,it is an effective,safe,reliable,and comprehensive treatment method with the generalized value,but it,s long-term effect remains needed further observation.
