The Clinical Effect Of Sha Shen Mai Dong Tang Plus Minus On Chronic Persistent Asthma With Yin Xu Tan Re And Its Effect On Serum IL-17

Objective:Through the observation of sha shen mai dong tang plus minus on chronic persistent asthma with yin xu tan re before and after treatment in patients with symptoms,signs of change,lung function and influence on serum IL-17,evaluate its curative effect.Method:Select 70 cases of asthma patients with chronic and Yin xu tan re,using the randomized controlled method is divided into the treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)and control group given salmeterol fluticasone powder inhaler,treatment group on the basis of oraingl chinese medicine medicinal broth of sha shen mai dong tang plus minus.The course was four weeks.The changes of safety,clinical symptoms,signs,lung function and serum IL-17 were observed in the two groups.Results:1.The clinical effect of sha shen mai dong tang plus minus treatment chronic persistent asthma with Yin xu tan re is significant.The total effective rate was 97.06%,compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the symptoms of asthma were improved by sha shen mai dong tang plus minus,especially in patients with zygomatic red and dry throat,and the treatment group had significant advantages(P<0.05).3.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in lung function(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.Both groups of drugs reduced the level of IL-17 in the serum of patients,and the comparison was statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparative advantage of treatment group and control group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of sha shen mai dong tang plus minus treatment chronic persistent asthma with Yin xu tan re is significant,and the clinical symptoms of the patients were significantly improved,and no adverse reactions were observed.2.The effective improvement of the chronic persistent asthma with Yin xu tan re is to improve the symptoms of vexed hot zygomatic red and dry throat.3.There was no obvious advantage in improving the lung function of patients with chronic persistent asthma with Yin xu tan re.4.The content of IL-17 in the serum of patients with chronic persistent asthma with Yin xu tan re can be effectively reduced by the addition of sha shen mai dong tang plus minus.
