Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Facial Muscle Movement Point Massage In The Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis At Convalescence Stage

Objective:the purpose is to massage acupuncture points-facial muscle movement point combined with acupuncture,in this research based on the traditional massage and cupping,combined with the known point of muscle contractions,by massage to stimulate the muscles and cause the passive movement of the muscle,to promote the paralysis of facial expression muscle recovery.Through this experiment,combined with the advantages of Chinese medicine and anatomy,this paper discusses the new methods and approaches of massage combined with acupuncture to treat the peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:The patients were randomly assigned to the massage acupoint-facial muscle movement point combined with acupuncture treatment group(observation group)and traditional massage combined with acupuncture treatment group(control group).The conventional massage technique for treating facial paralysis:acupoints and parts:Yin tang,Yang bai,Jing ming,Si bai,Ying xiang,Xia guan,Jia che,Di cang,Feng chi,He gu.Technique:one refers to the meditation method,the method,the rubbing method,the eraser,the method.Operation:with the side face of the main,the healthy side as adjuvant therapy.Acupuncture find make take side,Cuan zhu,Yang bai,si bai,Tai yang,Quan liao,Ying xiang,Kou he liao,Jia cheng jiang,Jia che,Xia guan,Yi feng,both side of He gu,Zu san li,and Zhong wan of Ren mai,Qi hai,Guan yuan of acupuncture point.After the acupoint disinfection,the debasement and the buccal vehicle adopt the penetrating method,and the residual acupoints are used for routine acupuncture,the Yang bai and the Si bai,the Di cang and the Jia car,the Kou he liao and the Jia cheng jiang,the Tai yang and the Yi feng connection,the shu bo.Observation group:massage:Yang bai-frontal muscle movement point;Si bai-The muscle movement point of the muscle of the mouth;Quan liao-buccal muscle movement point.The acupuncture scheme was like the control group.The above 1 time,30 minutes,10 times for the course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.To determine:1,the ent of head and neck surgery to establish Portmann simple scoring scale for facial nerve function 2,Blink reflex test 3,facial deformity index(FDI)questionnaire.4.Sunny brook(Toronto)facial nerve assessment system.Statistical methods:SPSS 14.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and variance analysis,q test and t test were used for comparison between groups and groups,and p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:1,the use of acupuncture point massage facial muscle movement point in treatment of surrounding facial paralysis recovery after treatment,Portmann simple scoring scale for facial nerve function,Blink reflex test,own the contralateral contrast evaluation method,determination of Toronto facial nerve evaluation system was lower,the FDI higher score indicates that effective(p<0.05)2,use traditional massage combined with acupuncture treatment,Portmann simple scoring scale for facial nerve function,Blink reflex test,own the contralateral contrast evaluation method,determination of Toronto facial nerve evaluation system was lower,the FDI higher score indicates that effective(p<0.05)3,through the before and after treatment of clinical determination standards,treatment group after treatment compared with contrast between the way,have significant difference(p<0.05),and the curative effect of treatment group,more is better than that of control group.Conclusion:(1)the use of acupuncture point of facial muscle movement around sexual facial paralysis recovery and traditional massage and massage therapy combined with acupuncture can effectively reduce Portmann simple scoring scale for facial nerve function,Blink reflex test,their facial nerve evaluation system to determine the contralateral controlled ratings and Toronto,improve FDI score.(2)for the treatment of facial paralysis recovery around,after comparison can be found that the use of acupuncture point massage therapy and traditional massage facial muscle movement point combined with cupping can significantly improve symptoms,but the use of acupuncture point of facial muscle movement point massage therapy effect is better than that of traditional massage combined with electric acupuncture curative effect.
